We had a great welcome with upgrade room When they knew we came for honeymoon,
Staff were very welcoming at the Reception, concierge staff very helpful specialy David and Ric
Location is not so good the hotel being built on top of the hill making it difficult to walk back and forth from to the square , car parking very expensive it costs 75dollars a night
The new Parallel 37 Resteraunt was truly Magic! I can't wait to come back!
Having to ask for ice every day. The last time I was there the maid had ice in the room when I arrived & refreshed it every day! Very nice!! I also didn't like my room being next to a service door with staff coming & going all night. I understand they have things to do but they could be quieter.
Too expensive for a a mall room with No stand alone shower The club area was in need of redecorating All in all I would not recommend
nice smell in room
There are some kind of machines making annoying sound at night. I could't really sleep.
The Concierge support in getting things organized is great ! There are like magicians... :-)
The breakfast is to expensive if you look at what you get served there it is for sure no ***** food
Great location Excellent breakfast on Club Rooms may need an update Great staff
Noisy, room style so old
The staff is very helpful. The facility is nice.
No parking for guests. Had to use valet parking which is extremely expensive.
The Hello Kittie that I asked for was a great touch. My girlfriend really loved it. I also loved that when I asked for room service that I didn't have tell them the room number. Oh that my girlfriend loved how she didn't have to leave the hotel to smoke or out on the street. I liked that as well.
It was little hard to get into the parking lot. But that was really the only negative part.
Wow our room was amazing
Everything on the club level. We could have breakfast, lunch dessert, cocktails and drinks all day. The best staff ever. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved this hotel.
Maybe the staff were too nice?
Hotel was beautiful and a perfect location, the staff were very accommodating.
The bed was awful, but the front desk mentioned that the rooms were getting ready to have an upgrade including bedding. Front desk comped our drinks from the bar due to the uncomfortable mattress
The Rooms the service the coffee was terrible.
+ staff + location + facilities + clean
We spent our Anniversary at the Ritz and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we pulled up until the second we left it couldn't have been better. Perfect! Best place we've stayed in SF. Thanks to all the staff!
Club upgrade, on the 8th floor there is wonderful room where you can have small snack during the whole day in a relaxed atmosphere.
Sofa beds are terrible, we were having two children 15 and 13 yrs on the sofa bed, the last day we found out the bed was broken. Which caused very uncomfortable sleeping. This is not what you can expect from a hotel like this.
It is a "classy" hotel.
No swimming pool. Lift gave a few problems
comfortable bed. spacious room
Unfriendly staff (front desk), didn't give us request room. sofa and wall paper etc seems to be old and stained. House keeping came 8:45 am and 12:00 pm we even asked to late check out.
Hotel is up to its standards if you are assigned one of the newer revamped rooms
was assigned a non revamped room which other than "old" was dirty! had to put in claim and then was changed.... to another and then another finally. Lost time and patience. Why do front offices ... always put you in the worst room and then if you claim shift to a better one and then another better one. This is frustrating other than irritating and under a markiting view not a positive approach.Ritz Carlton less fuss at check in and keep your rooms fresh and clean!
Service quality, location of hotel, ambience of hotel, staff courtesy & willingness to help
Staff were helpful and friendly Turn down service Large room Good location
Was woken up early two different mornings at 6am (one by window washers yelling outside our window & the other by a huge crane lifting panels of wood) Came back early our third day around 4pm & air conditioning wasn't working & neither was the on demand movies - we just wanted to enjoy the room & couldn't because my mom got overheated and very ill
Your staff is very friendly.
Parking and not having a pool.
Service at Ritz-Carlton hotels is consistently high.
