liked the chioces of restaurants, bars and shopping
Did not like the price of the room. The room was somewhat outdated but the bed was very comfortable it just wasnt worth what i paid considering the money we were going to spend gambling.
Variety of restaurants and activitie and location by the boaldwalk
Layout of hotel confusing
Wifi was great! Hotel location was good After calling the front desk to complain about my room they changed it right away
The first room I was in was so out dated
Still enjoyed our stay despite the short comings.
The hotel rooms and the casino were outdated, the service on the casino floor was really slow, the bed was uncomfortable, and the service in the restaurants was poor and overpriced.
Lots of nice Restaurants, friendly guests, and lots of "Slots"
My wife and I ordered food to the room and have been sick with a stomach bug since Saturday night, and then not only did the food ruin our night but so did the false alarm, making us walk down 10 flight of stairs. When we asked what was going on, no one could give us an answer. Also, they need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms... Someone must of had a 30th birthday party in out room the night before because house cleaning did a terrible job at cleaning up the confetti throughout the room.
the outlets and the many places to eat. the rooms is excellent for the money. the staff is professional and helpful. the restaurant prices are not too high.
the crowd can get extremely noisey, and if you gamble to close to the bar on the main level you cannot concentrate for the loud music. the clubs are way too loud on the music. And maybe they can put a dresser in the rooms for those of us staying more than one night.
The bed nice room service was fast
Check in process was so far from rooms
Had a great time with friends and all of our rooms were close to each other.
The cost for Saturday night.
Ambiance of hotel
The food choices in and around the hotel were wonderful. The casino floor was great with identification of smoking vs non-smoking areas.
There wasn't a dresser in the room. Expensive compared to other casino/hotel cities I have been to. Noisy hallways at 4:00 in the morning, people attempting to enter our room.
I loved the place I will come back pretty soon it was a good experience !
Maid was not nice at all with is very rude that was the only thing that keep us for giving the place excellent on everything
An excellent Casino and resort with lots of things to do. If Gambling isn't your thing, there are plenty of shops, bars, and an iMax cinema to keep you entertained.
Sometimes the casino tables can become extremely crowded and you may have to wait to gamble. The shower tray \ bath in the hotel room always took several hours to drain.
The best of the Casino Resorts which we saw.Atlantic City is only a shadow of it's former glory.
room with a view lots of restaurant choices boardwalk great spa
Havana tower is too long a walk to the casino floor after checking in we went right down to gamble, we returned to the room around 2am to find, our tv was not working as well as our phone. Therefore we had to walk down to front desk to have them repaired . the desk in our section was closed so we hand to walk through all the resturaunts and shops, through the casino floor, down to the escalator to the front desk there. their response was "would you like another room"?LOL no I want my tv fixed...which they did 30 minutes later..other then that hiccup it was a fun trip
I enjoyed our lunch at the Palm and how we enjoyed ourselves without having to leave the property. We really had a great time. The Tropicana is my husband's favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!
Some specials aren't available Fridays and Saturday.
the staff was very rude have never been to the casino and no map or proper guidance was given. the air didn't work in the room, wasn't givin the room I booked
Seaside cafe was gross dirty and food terrible
fridge A/C no too loud direct access to parking
malfunctioning and no toiler paper in bathrooms confusing floor layout no maps of floor layout no water fountains no way out of casino to boardwalk (except through hooters) poor music in club (boogie nights) where the hell is the lobby/check in smoke fills casino floors dilapidated infrastructure had to wait 20 mins for an elevator (no exaggeration) bars need to stay open longer on SAT night
The casino floor was excellent as well as surrounding areas.
The rooms were old and outdated.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The resturaunt, Cuba Libre, was awesome! Excellent food, and our waiter Ryan was terrific! Definitely eat here!!
Not the cleanest hotel. Our rooms lamps and bedside tables were dusty. That made me question the cleanliness of everything else! The hotel really needs updating, it looks very worn. The casino is hard to navigate and VERY smoky!
Bed bugs and how's front desk handle the situation very poorly .me and my wife were very unhappy when we try to show them day bite marks and video they were rude and didn't want to see marks or pictures.
The room was wonderful. It was clean, big and just the right price.
I wish checkout time was a little later or if late checkout was offered prior to the day of.
nice shops & restaurants. lively casino courteous staff
workers outside the hotel drilling at daybreak.
Good price for money lots of fun things to do there and good restaurants. Will stay again.
