Cigarette smoke seemed to permeate the whole West Tower.
Staff immediately offered to fumigate my room. Someone must have been smoking inside. Afterwards it was somewhat better.
The lines getting into the room every time you need to go and the elevators consistently being unavailable causing wait times of 20+ minutes or you can be crammed into a service elevator
I love how the trop offers pretty much everything you could ever need under one roof great food drinks and entertainment!
Missed a microwave in the room
Everything was convenient, safe and staff was friendly
The drunks pranks.
Everything is right there from the food to clubs comedy
All the construction zones and lack of other ways to get to other parts of the hotel
The overall use of the room and the access to the broadwalk
I didn't like the fact that for the money I spent their for one night I wasn't able to get easy access to coffee in the morning. I don't like Starbucks so that wasn't a choice. No comforters on bed.
The room was nice even though I should of had a king size bed they gave me two double. Beds where very comfortable
The staff at the front desk are not very friendly or willing to help. Manager by the name of Melissa stood by watching instead of intervening and trying to quickly resolve our issue. My credit card had miscellaneous unknown charges tying up my credit line during our stay and they could not give me any answers regarding what the charges were. There were three transactions for $359 for the room, and an unexplained 586....Not impressed at all by how this occurred or how it was handled.
The casino and resort were very nice. My group had a great time.
There was a guard standing at elevator. If u didn't. Hav a key u could. Not go upstairs. Even if ur friend who was stayin in room with u didnt bring theirs
The clubs and courtesy of staff
Havana tower is perfect location jumping lively hotel had a phenomenal time
Nothing bad to say
I loved everything about this place! There is so much to do, tons of restaurants and stores, tons of gambling and right on the boardwalk. The largest hotel I've ever stayed in, in my life, by far.
The rooms were very poor. For $300.00 I was expecting something much nicer. There were stains all over the rug, our room number was torn off the wall and kept falling to the floor, and the showers are incredibly small.
There is so much to do at the Tropicana, you really don't have to leave the casino for anything. Whether it's dining, nightlife, or entertainment.
The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was very large and had lots of space. We also enjoyed the ocean veiw.
Our toilet stopped up the very first time we used it. Once we got that taken care of, the sink was extremely slow emptying. The parking lot is a maze, we made sure to park near an elevator so we could locate the car.
I liked all the shops & restaurants located within the casino.
Newly renovated room
TV did not work and being that I was there only one night I did not even report it.
Requested king bed. Recvd two beds. No thermostat in room. elevators access was not Good. Waited over 20 minutes before taking a trip down 15 flights. Took us another 15 min to get to lobby.
No bad experience but check in took too long.
Everything we needed was in the Tropicana
Not a huge fan of how small the pool was.
I enjoyed the service, cleanliness, and life of Tropicana.
the casino was too smoking friendly and too few virtual blackjack machines
the location, the eating area, thevalue for the for the money
Wish the other pool hours would be open till 10pm instead of 6pm. Also would be nice if the game room had extended hours upto 10pm instead of 8pm. My room didn't get made up got up early left the room to get some breakfast came back around 1pm room still not done. Cleaning lady was still making up other rooms. Went to the gym and got back at 4pm room still not made up. Called housekeeping and was told they send someone no one ever came. I stood on the West tower 31 st floor. First time staying in this tower. All other towers no complain. Also Friday check out be prepare to wait for the elevators it was a nightmare. Make sure you press the up button to go down you'll ever get on if you don't do this.
Has good restaurants and nice selections of bars.
the reception night shift staff treatment
The window view on the ocean
The bathroom style
Loved the casino atmosphere!
I was cheated on my bonus play from the casino - no one told me it expires in 48 hrs.
Every thing was to my expectation - including the foods.
I love everything about it will be back
