The location was good for what we had planned. The price was affordable.
The rooms need a facelift. The décor is old and dingy. There were multiple stains on the carpet.
The look and feel of the spa was comfortable.
I had a female therapist (there were no men available) for a deep tissue massage. I don't like it when anyone uses their elbows to dig into my body. If you aren't strong enough to do it with your hands, then don't do it.
Old TV sets
Very disappointed that we where given a smoking room. Smell was horrible.
The shopping, the entertainment, the restaurants. The pennies slots, the nickel lots.
My bed was not changed. It had urine, hair, dirt and lipstick on my sheets and pillow.
Changed rooms because of bad noise and Hilary at Havana Tower did not even apologize for the inconvenience.
The room smelled like a ton of smoke even tho it was a non smoking floor. Minor issues like no couch, and trim had to have the carpet sprayed. On a brighter note, loved the bed and room location.
Smelled like a ton of smoke. When I left all my clothes smelled and I don't smoke. It was gross.
Decorated beautifully for the holidays! Light show was nice and great choices to watch football on a Sunday!
I didn't like that the room really needed to be updated, I couldn't stand looking at those ugly curtains and wallpaper. Also it wasn't a microwave in the entire hotel.
Everythign from the casino to wet willies lol
expensive movies to order from room
Its was great time and place toy bring my friend for his bachelor party
I didnt know that there were hard wood floors i would have asked for carpet but it was fine
I like how many restaurants are under one roof. And that you dont have to go on a hunt to find them like other resorts. They are easily accessible.
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi
Good food and comedy club
Despite being very busy, check in went quickly and the staff was courteous. Room was nice. Hotel has a lot of nice restaurants and bars situated throughout.
the worst thing about the stay was that on check out day (Sunday) it seemed very few of the elevators were working properly. Guests were waiting upwards of 20 to 30 minutes for one to come. It seems that only two on my floor were running. I ended up walking down the 10 or so flights with my luggage.
What I liked most was the convenience of having everything in the Resort.didnt have to go outside to eat,or anything else.and the prices are reasonable.
What I didn't like was that I was in a no smoking room, but one of the night when I walked in my room I actually thought someone had been in my room smoking.had a hard time sleeping that night.the smell must have been coming through the vents.
Convenience and value and very quiet and clean.
Confusion over the various towers and the parking garages.
I was on non smoking floor and the hallway and room smelled like cigarettes and marajianna . I saw people Smoking in the hallway and nothing was done by security .
Convenience of all amenities inside the hotel from stores to restaurants to concert hall. There was no need to leave the hotel. In addition, the liveliness and decor was awesome.
Customer service desk was closed at the time I checked out on Sunday. Cuba Libre restaurant.
The room was a typical hotel room. We booked it so as to have a place to sleep. The price was reasonable, so it suited our needs. But if I was going on vacation with my family, I would have been extremely disappointed with the not so clean room. The only great party was the view from our room.
The room was in need of an update, the carpet was dirty, the wallpaper was dirty, the bathtub was old.
good value, had room on 49th floor with great views parking was(unexpectantly) comped, friendly & helpful staff, good shopping & restaurants conveniently located within (rather large ) property
noise coming from room (?) above ours, sounded like furniture being moved all night, maybe it was water/heating pipes(?)
THAT THE SECURITY SAW I WAS IN DISTRESS AND THEY HELPED TO GET ME TO THE RIGHT TOWER. AS I WAS IN A RUSH AND TRYING TO GET TO MY ROOM SO THAT I COULD GET DRESSED IN TIME FOR THE 9:00 PM CONCERT
WHEN I ARRIVED AT MY ROOM ON THE 34TH FLOOR OF THE WEST TOWER I WAS CONFRONTED WITH NO CARPETING ON THE FLOORS AND 2 KING BEDS THAT WERE WHITE SHEETED AND THEY HAD NO COMFORTERS OR QUILTS ON THE BED. THERE WERE NO TOWEL RACKS IN THE BATHROOM.I HAD TO SPREAD THE LONG TOWELS ON THE FLOOR IN ORDER TO WALK ON THE COLD FLOOR AND I HAD TO PUT THE STEAM ON HIGH TO TAKE THE CHILL OFF THE ROOM. I SLEPT ON TOP OF THE SHEETS. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST NIGHTS I HAVE SPENT AT ANY HOTEL IN ATLANTIC CITY AND THE PRICE OF 294.00 DID NOT FIT THE BILL. I BOOKED THIS ROOM IN JUNE AND I SHOWED HAVE GOTTEN BETTER ACCOMODATIONS THAN I RECEIVED.
