    location

    Internet did not work for the 2nd time, no one attempted to repair it or even comment on it after it was reported.270 a night and you don't even get a newspaper .

    I liked the location of the hotel, the amenities, Starbucks on site...

    My group of 4 friends received the wrong room, different from what I reserved months ahead, finally got into a room with 2 beds but had to ask for extra towels and the toilet didn't flush:/ Once everything was square the experience was pleasant but I would warn future guests of our inconveniences.

    Location good

    Worn hallways... Furniture worn and all around needed deep cleaning and fresh paint.. Dirty doors and sticky light switches. If I wasn't so exhausted... I would have refused to stay.

    The location is excellent, the facilities and amenities were great. Staff was very professional.

    The carpet on our floor in the hall was filthy, our first room was filthy. Second room was a little cleaner but, not by much. The garbage disposal was leaking and we made a service request,which he came right away. The disappointing thing was he never came back to fix it. The couch was stained, the desk chair was ripped, the wall had a large amount of scuffs, there was even a sign left on the bedroom door from the previous occupant. I really wished they paid more attention to detail.

    Drivers and front desk staff! Location!!!

    Housekeeping! Dusty and housekeeper came in complaining! Furniture old and chairs peeling. Stains in sofa!!!!

    Location was perfect, rooms were studio apt style. Front desk lady was great.

    Valet guys were some of the worst I've experienced. So were the staff at the lobby bar and restaurant.

    Having stayed at the hotel before I was surprised that it seemed run down since my last visit. The furniture was chipped and stained. Requested extra blankets never received them. The valet system in the room did not work the entire time which meant u had to make a call to valet.

    Shrimp in Grits in the restaurant attached is awesome, also the shower in our room is a great size!

    The computer screen in our room was zoomed way in, when I called the front desk to get it looked at so I could order room service they just asked us not to use it.

    Great location, right by really well laid out shopping mall with restaurants, bars and a cinema. Rooms are huge and well appointed.

    Pool wasn't open and this hadn't been made clear when booking.

    I had no problem at all with 12. The issue I had was a misleading sales person for booking.com. I was told I could show up and ask for a mgr to receive a special rate that some friends of ours were being charged on the same wknd. This was not the case. 12 did step up later and made me an offer that I was comfortable with even though they didn't have to. I will stay there every time I come to Atlanta for a swim meet.

    Location Very Modern Spacious Pleasant Staff

    Tried the online room service. We put our order online and submitted. An hour later we still had not received. Called the front desk and discovered the system was not working. It would have been nice to have know that before we ordered. Plus some of the offerings online were not available over the phone.

    I loved how trendy the hotel was. I came at 11am and my room was not ready so the accommodated me with an upgraded suite. The employees are very nice and the jazz was spectacular.

    the kitchen floor of room 517 had massive black marking's on it and there is a visible whole in the cushion of the couch. Also the other guess neat my room sounded like a very loud shouting party with music and loud noise. i believe you guys should at least work with Zip Car for rainy days.

    I like that when I call the front desk and was uncomfortable with the guest staying above the room do to the noice and spitting off there balcony ....we were move to another room... excellent customer service.
