Everything was amazing... I didn't want to leave.
Bed and pillows were super comfortable!
We booked this hotel for the second time based on our satifaction with the initial visit. I have to admit, I was very disappointed. The couch had several burn holes along with missing some buttons. The chairs and table in the kitchen were very worn. The whole place looked like it needed to be updated along with a deep cleaning. Even the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room was in terrible condition. I have spent much less and stayed in nicer places in Midtown. Our first experience was so great, I booked a second time. I'm not sure if we will come back.
The staff was friendly. They supplied our room with a small bottle of wine for my husbands birthday. It was greatly appreciated.
I checked out and paid my bill in cash. I checked my credit card a few days later and they charged it. I called the manager who was less than empathetic and was told their system does not show a cash payment and they did their part. So now I am waiting for my credit card company to dispute the charge. Worst experience ever. I thought this was supposed to be a reputable hotel chain.
There's a full kitchen but no cookware... so what is the point of having a range? Housekeeping used the dishwasher in the room to clean the two cups we used, but didn't rinse or scrub. A whole cycle for two cups? What a waste of water! And no wonder one had lipstick on it when we arrived. Why not just hand wash? Despite a confusing array of light fixtures and switches, the room always seemed dark. Maybe it is due to the assortment of different type replacement bulbs used in the low-budget fixtures. The parking was an extra $28/night for valet or $14/night for self-park.
Room was exceptionally large and clean, staff were professional, location was tops. Our meal in the bistro downstairs was so good that it justified the price. Very modern design with exposed concrete.
The cost vs. The quality. Our tables were broken, our draperies were ripped, our head board was damaged, and our kithen coffee and dish soap were open and half used.
We were in walking distance of our event.
Cost to valet for hotel customers. Seems we pay a premium in hotel rates, this cost should reflect some level of appreciation for the business. Valet should be a courtesy, not a revenue stream
I must say the overall experience was excellent! My sister lives across the street in the 270 building so the location was perfect. The amenities from the workout room, to the bar, Starbucks, and local shopping /bars were perfect. I will be back to ATL, of course, and there's no doubt where I will be staying! Nice getaway from Chicago!
The service was horrible. They weren't very helpful. They were rude
All was perfect
Rooms are spacious, very comfortable and quiet for a perfect rest! Great location right at Atlantic Station. Complimentary shuttle offered by the Atlantic complex to get to and from Art Station. Runs about every 10 minutes.
The whole experience.
The associate that checked me in was extremely rude and impatience.
The resturant food wasn't very selective. Wish it had a better selection.
Parking was awful. There's self parking for USD 14 per night at Atlantic Station but you have to pay every time you want to take your car out. The property offers valet for USD 28 per night which is pretty steep and then you're expected to tip the valet every time you need the car (so really closer to USD 30-35 per night in the end). No breakfast included. For the rate, they could offer a few boxed pastries or something. Also, the hot water in the shower was limited. I tried to run a bath one night but the water was running cold before I even filled the tub.
The suite was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The property is in a prime location and there's a nice bar in the lobby. There's a full Starbucks attached which is very convenient too.
The only thing I didn't like was You could only have 4 to 6 people Come in your room.. I was there to celebrate my birthday with friends...
Love the room and balcony view!!
No mirrors besides the bathroom
My power in my room wento out had to flip the breaker myself
Comfort and view
Security kept harassing us
There wasnt a massue on sit and I requested non smoking suite but the suite smelled of smoke there were stains on the sofa the suite hadnt been dusted there was long black hair in the bed...I Ordered Champagne but when it was delivered the staff didnt bring champagne flutes there were cigarettes buts on balcony 2 of the lamps didnt have bulbs and there were roachs in kitchen area
Ok heres the thing I wanted to stay @ Centennial Park location so when I changed reservations was easily accepted.
elevator access was horrible - 1 out of 2 times we couldn't get our card to work, front desk staff made us feel like we were the problem rather than the cards we used and lastly and most importantly - the room was way too dark - low level lighting was depressing and just didn't have enough light to really work well, put my make up on or simply live - lighting made me depressed.
loved the location, loved the space
I didn't like the thin walls. It was 6 of us in the room playing UNO and we almost got kicked out at 12am because some one complained that we were to loud. However we never complained about the loud sex next door LOL......
I like the location
bedroom too small.
Room was dirty, lamp shades and fixture were coated in dust. The floor could also have used a good vacuuming. The bathroom needs a good deep cleaning around the bottom of tub and shower. During the night my husband had a servere allergy attack, probably from all the dust in the room because he has never had this happen before then. At 4:00 am he finally got up to watch TV because he could not sleep because he was sneezing and his nose was running so much!
Beds were very small. Valet $$$$28 per car
Very cute apartment style hotel. Great location. full Kitchen was very convenient.
Valet parking is a nightmare and at $28 per day is a ripoff. The hotel signage on 17th Street side is barely visible at night.
Location. Location. Location I would stay there again.
