Very cute apartment style hotel. Great location. full Kitchen was very convenient.
Beds were very small. Valet $$$$28 per car
Location. Location. Location I would stay there again.
Valet parking is a nightmare and at $28 per day is a ripoff. The hotel signage on 17th Street side is barely visible at night.
Paint deformed on shower wall from apparent prior leak from above. Furniture shows evidence of wear from scratches on corners and chips. No pots or pans provided, despite full kitchen.
The bathroom is really nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and keep your food cold until your ready to cook it. The bed was clean. And the safe was easy to use.
The ceiling looked nasty and unfinished with measurment wrote on it like its not finished. The cement pole also looks trashy and unfinished with nicks on it. There was only one bath robe in closet and looked like it was used and not cleaned. Had friends visit the room, they notice it as well. This was my wifes birthday gift and was not real happy with the look of the ceiling and no clean robe. The couch looks dirty and was afraid to sit on it to watch tv. Over all, was not pleased with the room, being it looked like it was still under contruction. Told staff and they said that was to new look. Another customer was there as well and they ask me what I ment by the ceiling being unfinished, I told them that me and the wife were no to pleased but said there were some nice things about the room as well.
I absolutely love this place. This is the third time we have stayed here and it's great. Great location, walking distance to stores, restaurants and amazing view! We will be back!
I loved the new look of the room. Modern, efficient all what yo will need for a home not only for a weekend gateway. Location=> fantastic location Restaurants, shopping, all on walking distance I will choose this place any future time.
Customer service was great!
Food was great Staff was friendly Hotel was clean Great atmosphere Beds were comfortable Great location
The valet guy was rude and stood there while we struggled to get all of our luggage on the cart then had to get the doors open and take the stuff up to the room ourselves. But they showed up at our door minutes later to get their cart back smh.
Booking.com had us booked into downtown Atlanta hotel rather than Atlantic Station, although my confirmation said Atlantic Station. Fortunately they could change it. Then had to change rooms to a NON-handicap room.
Kitchen, living space w/desk area & separate bedroom! Shower and bath-
Convenient dining and amenities.
Room services ended too early for a bachelorette wkend.
Great midtown location - Atlantic Station really good for shopping and dining options. Also has a good cinema/movie theatre. Close to MARTA (by free shuttle) for exploring the rest of Atlanta, north and south. Nice size suites - plenty of room and no noise from neighbours. Generally well appointed (but see '-ve's'). Pool and fitness room - maintained to a very high standard. For the facilities provided this hotel offers excellent value for money in an excellent location.
Whilst kitchen was well fitted out with appliances, there were very few utensils so ability to cook very limited. (NB No washer/drier, but does have iron/ironing board). Also, the suites are very 'minimalist', using exposed/bare concrete walls and ceilings, and dark wood furnishings. Whilst still in good repair the one we had was starting to look a little 'tired' which is always a danger with this type of design.
This place is awesome! It is close to everything you could ever want access to, and is really nice to boot. All of the people are very nice and they do a great job of making you feel welcome.
Our view was mostly of an air handler unit, but that wasn't a big deal. We came to enjoy Progpower USA, not stare out the window. The only other thing I disliked was the ridiculously high cost for room service food. If you want to dine here, just walk outside. There are many great restaurants and stores in walking distance.
The hotel room is really a one bedrooom condo with all the amenities. The valets are awesome and very friendly. Very walking close to a Publix to pick up essentials. Great Buckhead home base.
Stayed over til Tuesday. Construction crews were working in another unit close by very early. Staff made it right when we checked out.
I love everything about this hotel!!! Great location, nice room, and the staff was so helpful!!!!! Also there was a live band!!!!!
The food in the restaurant.
I loved the room and the atmosphere! The view was AMAZING! Everything was perfect. I had the best time for my 21st birthday! I can't wait to stay again for New Year's!
The only issue I had was that I wasn't informed about the extra $75 they take off your card until you've checked out. It's for if you get room service or something like that, but they should really tell people so they could be prepared to have that extra money on them.
Very loud tenants kept us awake the entire 3 days we were there. Seems to be a lack of respect for others staying there.
Internet did not work for the 2nd time, no one attempted to repair it or even comment on it after it was reported.270 a night and you don't even get a newspaper .
Great Location, can walk to everything The spacious room Very Modern Large bathrooms
No Parking, Only Valet for $28 per day & I stayed 9 nights Service to your room is slow
I liked the location of the hotel, the amenities, Starbucks on site...
My group of 4 friends received the wrong room, different from what I reserved months ahead, finally got into a room with 2 beds but had to ask for extra towels and the toilet didn't flush:/ Once everything was square the experience was pleasant but I would warn future guests of our inconveniences.
Parking was a little far. And the valet parking was a bit expensive
The rooms were unexpectedly big for an atl hotel.
Worn hallways... Furniture worn and all around needed deep cleaning and fresh paint.. Dirty doors and sticky light switches. If I wasn't so exhausted... I would have refused to stay.
I love staying at this Hotel!!!!!!!! It's service, staff and quality rank extremely high for this chic who lovesssss Hotels:)
