Great urban Studio Apartment...My girlfriend said, " I could live here" !
We stayed in this hotel for one week as we were visiting a conference. The suite was big enough for 3 people and we also used the pool and the gym. A supermarket is just around the corner (10 min. walk). The trainstation is in front of the hotel. Our conferce was in the hyatt around 10 minutes (by foot) away.
We decided to book a hotel with a kitchen to cook there but there were no responsible utensils (like pans, pots, enough spoons for 3 persons...) even if it was possible to get it from the reception, it took over 30 hours and at least 5 demands at the reception to get this stuff.
room had everything I needed
torn arms on couch ice machine did not work rude people in bar area don't expect this when paying 300 a night mold in shower and shower head falling apart
I loved everything about Twelve Hotels. Very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Very close to major attractions. Rooms were to die for. They were like a 1bedroom apt. Very spacious and most of all clean. I didnt want to leave.
The pricing was kind of expensive but it may have been bc I went on a weekend where a major function was happening. Even though it was pricy it wont stop me from booking again. Just have to space out my visits!
The entire stay was highly enjoyable due to the comfort of the room, and the efficiency of the staff.
The size of the room. Nice valet guys.
3 times had to come downstairs to get my key reset. Ended up he gave me wrong room number. Lobby always HOT... Terrible service in the dining room. Beds were really uncomfortable. No replacement of soap one service.
the facility was up to our standard.
15sep2014 our room was not clean you made the bed only!!!
- excellent location for going downtown and close to CNN, Coca Cola, Aquarium etc. - marta (underground) station next to hotel - beautifully furnished and spacious suite with everything you need - nice and clean - however a bit chilly - pool (which we did not mind as we're used to cold water ;-) - well equipped fitness room - nice restaurant with delicious food and good service (except for one incident stated under negative points) - friendly staff - very urban surrounding and looks - 20-minute drive from airport
- our room was close to the fitness room which resulted in some noise, but this was not a real problem, as it stopped in the evening. - on departure day we wanted to have an early lunch in the restaurant and were informed that the kitchen would open only on 11.30 (which was ok) so we could not sit there and wait in the meantime (which we found not ok)
Great restaurant. Quality, spacious suite.
Location very close to major intersection. Uninviting pool.
I like the hotel was in the heart of the city and that things were in walking distance. They had a nice valet parking service. The rooms had fully equipped kitchen and wonderful veiw of the city. Its very safe because you had to insert your room key before you could even use the elevator.
They had poor customer service and rude front desk workers. They tried to charge a $350 deposit if you want to pay with cash and a $75 per night insurance fee which was not stated before because I never would have booked the room. I did not like the fact that I called for additional wash cloths and I was rudely told by the front desk clerk that they didn't have any.
7th floor pool, view from room, nice kitchen , huge bathroom, computer in room, close to metro and walking distance to many downtown attractions.
Parking was a pain
Everything was excellent with my stay
That I couldn't stay longer, lol!!!!
Comfortable room suite
Location is GREAT! The front desk staff was simply EXCELLENT! Rooms are also very nice.
The only thing I didn't like is the parking situation is horrible! There is a club around the corner for young adults so a lot of them park in the same parking deck on weekends. Valet were also not very organized!
Great views and location.
I did not like the fact that the sofa bed mattress was lumpy and hard, the pool water was freezing cold no matter what time of day you went, and our Internet to the computer in our room did not work.
The room itself s well as the view I had. The manger was very understanding and welcoming. The brunch was good restuarant staff was nice.
I was double charged in parking. There were people having sex outside at the pool while looking out at my nice balcony view. I was harassed by one of the night clerks just because he saw a group coming to my room only for them to get there stuff and leave.
The staff was friendly and quick at check in. The room/suite was beautiful and clean. The spotless full kitchen w/stainless appliances was a nice touch. Two balconies w/separate sliders was a pleasant surprise as well. Location, location, location. . A short walk to Centennial Park and the surrounding museums and restaurants. Just perfect. Would love to stay there for a longer period of time. Great place!
Apparently theit valet parking staff and bell hops were one in the same. This caused lengthy waits for help with transportation of luggage to the cars as well as waits for wheeled luggage transports. When I informed a bellhop / valet that I would just bring my own luggage down and deposit it in my waiting car he told me that would not be necessary. He then followed me to my room and carried almost every bit of my 6+ pieces on his person to the front of the hotel and out to my car. Apologizing the entire time. He tried not to take my generous tip but I was pretty insistent. Good people deserve to be treated well. I will be back!
I loved everything!
Location was neutral to my traveling around Atlanta area.
We were put on the 9th floor across from Marta Transit Center, which was noisey, after requesting upon booking to be placed in a more quiet room due to reading previous reviews and to be facing the bus station was Not what we expected. I kinda felt like i was in a upscale hood. The shower handle was broken. Valet service Sucks, after calling ahead of time to have car brought down only to get to valet area and car was no where to be found and after speaking to one/two of the valet drivers regarding what's taken so long after placing a call prior to have car ready, we still ended up waiting 20-25 minutes. Only way we got our car due to my fiance speaking to a gentleman at the front desk to come ask valet attendant were was our car. 5-10 minutes later here comes the car. Not only that each day we paid 28 dollars for valet which was not a issue but need better service or communication. The room was okay wasn't expecting cement walls or old stained couch in room either. Now housekeeping ladies was very nice, even thou we had the do not disturb sign on, when they seen us returning to our room the first thing they asked was do we want our room cleaned or need any towels. Plenty towels were brought along with extra personal care items. Overall our stay was fair but I will not stay again or recommend. Oh, don't think it's only a hotel, it's a high rise with residents on one side and hotel guest on another side.
The staff was very accommodating, I'd love to especially thank Brittany Ulrich for her awesome professionalism, and genorous special touch for making our stay such a wonderful one. Once again thank you..
The room was amazing! Really nice for a family since the bedroom is nicely separated from the living room and kitchen. Rooftop pool is also really nice.
Room service breakfast arrived promptly, but was not hot. However, we could heat things up in the microwave.
The ambiance, view, space, layout and facilities and comfort of the room were excellent - top class! The location was OK, a bit of a walk to key attractions. Lovely restaurant and staff, as well as room service. Food was superb and well presented with a good menu. The early check-in was fantastic and greatly appreciated after the long train journey from Philadelphia.
Staff lacked knowledge about Atlanta itself and ways for a first-time visitor to explore the city and surrounding area. We became very frustrated with the female front desk operator who clearly told us there were no limo services available in Atlanta. She was able to book an electric car city tour only after a lengthy delay, but we only discovered the limo service by returning to our room and researching online. The service we discovered was excellent.
The front desk did credit one night parking.
Took almost two hours to get towels so we could shower.
Location to aquarium
Given wrong room, unable to switch us. Insufficient bedding/blankets/ out of extra pillows & no towels at the pool. Will not stay again
The hotels location.
know robs in the rooms had to ask for them.
