    Location is GREAT! The front desk staff was simply EXCELLENT! Rooms are also very nice.

    The only thing I didn't like is the parking situation is horrible! There is a club around the corner for young adults so a lot of them park in the same parking deck on weekends. Valet were also not very organized!

    Great views and location.

    I did not like the fact that the sofa bed mattress was lumpy and hard, the pool water was freezing cold no matter what time of day you went, and our Internet to the computer in our room did not work.

    The staff was friendly and quick at check in. The room/suite was beautiful and clean. The spotless full kitchen w/stainless appliances was a nice touch. Two balconies w/separate sliders was a pleasant surprise as well. Location, location, location. . A short walk to Centennial Park and the surrounding museums and restaurants. Just perfect. Would love to stay there for a longer period of time. Great place!

    Apparently theit valet parking staff and bell hops were one in the same. This caused lengthy waits for help with transportation of luggage to the cars as well as waits for wheeled luggage transports. When I informed a bellhop / valet that I would just bring my own luggage down and deposit it in my waiting car he told me that would not be necessary. He then followed me to my room and carried almost every bit of my 6+ pieces on his person to the front of the hotel and out to my car. Apologizing the entire time. He tried not to take my generous tip but I was pretty insistent. Good people deserve to be treated well. I will be back!

    Location was neutral to my traveling around Atlanta area.

    We were put on the 9th floor across from Marta Transit Center, which was noisey, after requesting upon booking to be placed in a more quiet room due to reading previous reviews and to be facing the bus station was Not what we expected. I kinda felt like i was in a upscale hood.The shower handle was broken. Valet service Sucks, after calling ahead of time to have car brought down only to get to valet area and car was no where to be found and after speaking to one/two of the valet drivers regarding what's taken so long after placing a call prior to have car ready, we still ended up waiting 20-25 minutes. Only way we got our car due to my fiance speaking to a gentleman at the front desk to come ask valet attendant were was our car. 5-10 minutes later here comes the car. Not only that each day we paid 28 dollars for valet which was not a issue but need better service or communication.The room was okay wasn't expecting cement walls or old stained couch in room either. Now housekeeping ladies was very nice, even thou we had the do not disturb sign on, when they seen us returning to our room the first thing they asked was do we want our room cleaned or need any towels. Plenty towels were brought along with extra personal care items. Overall our stay was fair but I will not stay again or recommend. Oh, don't think it's only a hotel, it's a high rise with residents on one side and hotel guest on another side.

    The room was amazing! Really nice for a family since the bedroom is nicely separated from the living room and kitchen. Rooftop pool is also really nice.

    Room service breakfast arrived promptly, but was not hot. However, we could heat things up in the microwave.

    The ambiance, view, space, layout and facilities and comfort of the room were excellent - top class! The location was OK, a bit of a walk to key attractions. Lovely restaurant and staff, as well as room service. Food was superb and well presented with a good menu. The early check-in was fantastic and greatly appreciated after the long train journey from Philadelphia.

    Staff lacked knowledge about Atlanta itself and ways for a first-time visitor to explore the city and surrounding area. We became very frustrated with the female front desk operator who clearly told us there were no limo services available in Atlanta. She was able to book an electric car city tour only after a lengthy delay, but we only discovered the limo service by returning to our room and researching online. The service we discovered was excellent.

    Location to aquarium

    Given wrong room, unable to switch us. Insufficient bedding/blankets/ out of extra pillows & no towels at the pool. Will not stay again

    The staff was very friendly. Valet was excellent.

    The computer and the ice maker on the refrigerator didn't work in one of the suites other than that, had a great time.

    Location - could see an awesome fireworks display at Centennial Park from the rooftop pool deck. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! Easy drive straight up Peachtree to Buckhead!

    Coul have used a more accommodating coffee / beverage / snack availibilty on premises other than the restaurant.

    ROOMS WERE VERY NICE, HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS BECAUSE THE ONE WE WERE IN THE TV WOULD NOT WORK CORRECTLY AND ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK

    I like the view from our room.

    This hotel has a lot of coming and going all night long. It is luxury, but the wear and tear can be seen.

    The hotel contemporary style and large space suite was good for the family of two adults and three small kids.

    The location was not good for family trip at all. Valet parking of $28 per day was must if not you had to find public parking yourself (public parking was not cheap and we didnt feel safe walking around the city with our kids to and from hotel to parking space vice versa)! Alot of homeless people everywhere especially during evening. In addition, one of the valet parking was somewhat rude and unpolite when we arrived there (Just our opinion). Also they didnt respect our privacy of do not disturb notice! When we came back to hotel from our full day out, someone was in our room while our personal/value items were laying around the room! We definitely didnt like this at all! Overall our experence was not good. Most likely i wouldnt go back to this hotel. We typically use loews hotel or hilton and by far no comparison.

    The decor of the room, expansive windows and the view were terrific.

    There are no towels in the gym, there is a sign advising that the pool towels are not to be used in the gym. Not having towel service wouldn't be that big of an inconvenience if guests were advised to bring a towel from their room. Having to return to your room for a towel, especially a professional with time constraints is an unnecessarily unreasonable inconvenience. There were no cups with the water cooler in the gym, when I went to the lobby to inform the staff I was charged $3.50 for a bottle of water. In a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen there was only one small waste basket near the desk space. There was not a waste basket in the bathroom, in the bedroom nor in the kitchen. The sinks did not drain properly and the water spigot on the shower was broken. The hallways on the eleventh floor showed obvious signs of wear and tear, for example there were bleach stains in several locations on the carpeting, there was damage in many areas on the walls and door frames. The hallway just did not appear to be that of a four or five star hotel. For the cost of this hotel I was severely disappointed with the lack of upkeep and fully functional amenities. I brought these things to the attention of the hotel staff at checkout and they were completely unresponsive. I has to ask for the water charge to be removed from my bill. It was reluctantly removed and I was advised I should have stopped my workout and come down from the 7th floor to ask for cups. Although I explained that I had come to the lobby after my workout, that the front desk was otherwise occupied with guests checking in, that I therefore went to the bar staff it depicted an utter lack of service to expect this from your guests. The staff members response was to shrug her shoulders. I will not be staying at the twelve again.
