CLEANING, COMFORD AND STAF
Spacious room and bathroom. Everything clean and new. People amiable and keen to help. We loved the restaurant "La Luce", and especially the service provided by Stefan Ivanciuc.
Extracharge for resort (25$/day), for services that they say are complimentary.. Vallet parking almost compulsory, unless you ask about self-parking, 8$ cheaper a day, and extremely easy to do.
The hotel is great but the valet was terrible!! Sometimes we'd to wait 45, 50 minutes for our car ($ 26.00 per day). And we don't have the option to park elsewhere. So we'd to paid for a terrible service.
Location was great; resort pools and access to Hilton pools was wonderful. View of Disney fireworks and resort foreworks. Surprise fantastic massage (by Vivienne).
Food options completely overpriced. You get a deal on the room rate at $250 a night - but you can easily spend $200 a day on food. Room service of a granola parfait, coffee and a side of sausage was $60. The breakfast restaurant pushed us into the $38 buffet by serving you juice and coffee and then saying you're "better off buying the buffet because you've already spent $10 and drinks". I have no problem spending $$ on good food - but this really bothered me about this place. Enough not to go back. Everything else was top notch.
Great hotel!! Amazing rooms, hight qality of service. rooms are very clean and confortable. Staff very well trained and committed!
If you want somewhere to stay which is quiet and relaxed, this is the place to stay. Park in the Hilton Self Parking, it is a better than Valet Parking as it can take 20 mins plus to get car. Overall an excellent place to stay, would stay here again.
Excellent responsive staff; great rooms; excellent service, wonderful facilities; I love this hotel !
A small remark about housekeeping in the rooms it could be a bit more attentive.
The service was excellent. Nice and quiet resort for Orlando. More adult oriented.
Great location and facilities Generally good staff
Valet parking charge is a little over the top.... Supply of info on facilities in the hotel could be done better
I like everything excipt, the car parking, it must be free since I have reservation and should be inclouding the room rate
Car parking must free of charge since I am a resedint in the hotel. Most hotels in the wolrd give free parking for each room
Spotless spacious room. Location & staff.
It was in a quiet area comfy bed
-the pool was too crowded for us to use -not a friendly atmosphere, felt like we didn't belong there because we weren't golfers -very sterile environment
Beautiful hotel , nice location. Great staff!
Food variety in the golf and pool restaurant is basic. Even though was good , there were not many options . The transportation bus didn't wait for us, the staff waived the driver and he didn't stop. Be there 5 min before.
Very clean, beautiful resort with nice views. Rooms are produced to a high standard but ultimately a standard room doesn't give you anything you can't get cheaper elsewhere.
General Atmosphere wasn't for us. My wife went to read by the pool and was surrounded by people quaffing overpriced champagne. Everything was too expensive.
Comfort and level of service. Excellent concierge and easy to purchase Disney tickets. Relaxing by the pool with attentive service made us feel special. Free Bus service to Disney Parks (regular) and Disney Village (not so regular).
No self parking, or at least we weren't made aware of any.
Great location and staff
Bad room doors so heavy and noisy
We liked the hotel and the quality of the service. the entire place is nice and peacefull. The pools are quiet and they are very good for relax after a hard day in the parks
The room was not correctly cleaned when we arrived. We found a sweater and some waste in the waste basket.
The pool was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful. Generally the hotel was very nice and clean, really would like to visit again.
No "Do not disturb" function. Cleaners always knock the door while we were sleeping.
Spacious rooms Reasonable variety of food Friendly staff Transportation to/from attractions. Location
Bad wifi every time you should write pass word No faucet near the
Location is close to attraction area. easy to access complimantry spa facilities close from the Outlets close from the Downtown nice view food is very good pool is very nice and area around the pool very active
The hotel is in a good location inside Disney Area, pool is great and Rooms are pretty big with great views. The concierge and desk people were very good and fixed all issues we had. The valets were also very friendly and very quick bringing our car.
We came from the Waldorf Chicago before going to the Orlando one, and we notice a huge gap between the hotels. Couple of problems we had: We went to the pool restaurant around 3pm to get some food for us and to our 2 year old soon, sat on a table and waited for 20min. Then we decided to leave to an outside restaurant to get some food. I mention later the day to hotel staff and they offered us a free meal next day (not bad, but we never took since we had plans for all the days). Also the cleaning personal kept forgetting things in our suite. Completely unacceptable. From cleaning products to dirty towels. Never saw this, not even on the Hampton Inns. Kitchen trash was not collected unless we left the trash open so they could see it. We also bring from home 2 spoons for our your son and they took those by mistake. Also a small blanked from my son was also taken to by the cleaning personal by mistake. We only noticed last day, never complained. They would probably fixed somehow, but it was not worth to complain, but those small things made the experience incomparable with the previous Waldorf we stayed in Chicago. Also, in our Suite, had a kitchen, but no Microwave (we request one and they send one to us - beaten up one - but worked fine). Also no silverware and no plates. I was expecting more from a kitchen suite. Maybe just my mistake on not reading the details of the room, but the Waldorf in Chicago had a Microwave (brand new) and also a loaded Refrigerator. Not bad Hotel, but in my opinion not on par with the Waldorf chain.
