Small room & no view
pretty much everything. great, friendly & helpful staff, great facilities, great breakfast, great location, great room, great view, just great.....
can't think of anything I didn't like
The location is great, rooms and other facilities very clean and nice staff.
Upon arrival they inform you that you will have to pay an additional $30 per day for breakfast, wifi and gym use although I did not need any of these. I would not have chosen this hotel would I have known these charges as the final bill got way too expensive.
Nice greeting at the reception with a very fast check-in, Quite and clean
room is very small. and you could do better with booking that this hotel with the same amount of money
Feel like staying friend's luxury apartment. Afternoon tea time.cocktail hour, refreshments are very tasty. We really enjoyed. Thank you.
Location, price and the refreshments
Air conditioning system make the room very dry, room cleaning service not good and we can hear the noise of Times Square
Great location and very very helpful staff. They know their business!
It's a boutique hotel so quite understandable but, I wished it was just a little bit more toddler friendlier as in, I had kind of a difficult time bathing them with the state of art shower ( adults loved it) and having to go down for hot water for the bottle. That said, it's us that knew it's aimed for adults so can't complain! Just saying so the toddler travelers can know what to expect.
Rooms are OK, Clean, Great Location
No restaurant, no minibar, no room service, 30USD per person per day are charged for terrible wine and some cheese and crackers in the lobby, definitely that's a tourist trap, not worthy at all.
The $30 Per person extra fee was well worth it. The Continental Breakfast was excellent, the afternoon cookies, scones and other sweets delicious and hor-dorves in the early evening very nice. Including the wine and beer made it a terrific value.
The air conditioner was sooo cold in the hotel entrance and eating area. Staff was extremely well trained-very friendly and helpful.
Great location, close to everything but not on a busy street (not sure if that makes any sense).
The breakfast is horrible, don't waste your time on it. There are many great breakfast places just around the corner.
breakfast area (bar area) too small and design over functionality. high tables, two few tables, couches and chairs for breakfast with limited table space. bathroom sink was plugged and hd to move rooms. no counter space. not functional.
nice stuff. location is good
room is really small. bed is soft. breakfast is poor.
- Excellent location - Quality and comfort - Service and staff very nice and professional
- Dining (including breakfast). Very small space (really difficult to have breakfast or a drink at certain times) for a hotel of this size and level and small range of food and drinks for selection.
Everything. The style was amazing. Central to everything we needed and the staff were extremely helpful. Beautiful boutique hotel and would 100% stay again.
Clean hotel with central location close to Mid Town sights and Central Park is just a few blocks away. Subway station just outside the door. Kind, service minded and polite staff including an excellent Attaché Concierge. Nice livingroom atmosphere with a touch of luxury in the lobby bar/breakfast room. Breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks included in price.
No view from the room, though you are on the 25th floor.
great location if you prefer to stay near Central park, 5th Avenue, Times square etc. Subway station directly at the hotel.
very small rooms, with shower only (deluxe room). you even dont have space for opening your luggage.
Pricey. No iron in room.
Spacious rooms Excellent bedding Great service
Limited breakfast options The Terrace only opens in about a month
Breakfast & other food drink offerings not worth the money
I loved the resident fee idea but we had to leave so early we couldn't access the breakfast which would have been good to know. Also the entrance is just pure boutique loveliness.
The rooms were quite small for king bedrooms - hardly any room to move around the bed. This might just be New York but it was odd.
Beds were amazing and so comfortable - breakfast with room was very good Staff wonderful - beautiful hotel with great details - such as the huge mirror in the shower -
Brand new hotel, modern, stylish, excellent staff, good location, close to the park
No room service, sound insulation poor, heard in the room elevator beep on arrival and cleanin staff talk in the hall
