Location was amazing.
No in room dine in service. Limited food selection for breakfast.
Large comfortable room
Last day they had trouble with the lifts - 3 times I had to wait 10min for a lift.
Great location for shows, Carnegie Hall and midtown dining. Staff bends over backwards to make you feel at home. Kevin and Moe at front desk are tops, as are the doormen and housekeepers. Lovely breakfast, happy hour noshing. It's just plain comfortable and inviting.
Location excellent. Very nice room. Great idea to offer a lounge for guest. Highly recommended.
Staff very helpful, very good location, rooms are clean and well equipped, very good beds.
Connecting room very noisy, I had to change after first night.
Location, amenities, quality and design of furnishings, staff
The lounge on the 23rd floor
The rooms were a little bit too small.
Slow check-in, slow to clean tables on the Terrace.
the view, the concierge attention and the location were wonderful.
The resident's fee was not optional and we hardly enjoyed the options that came with it. They should offer hot breakfast as well. We got bored of the breakfast options at day 2.
Location and bed.
Breakfast was poor.
Location, amenities on the 23rd floor, elevators, bed.
Good Bed. Good bathroom. Nice linens. Updated décor. Friendly staff.
The hidden charge for the breakfast and other food related things. They should add it into the price if they are going to make you take it. As it reads when you book, it is not clear that it is not an option therefore is very misleading as to the price of the room.
The room service was unsatisfying. I called it three times and waited for one hour to add a comforter.
Staff were very helpful and room service was prompt.
Electronic tablet was not provided in the room, and after two phone calls to the front desk, the tablet still was not received.
Loved the staff, bed and amenities
Nice staff very cooperative Understanding and helpful I really enjoyed my stay Free breakfast and snack is available
There were a lot of little points about the room equipment that prompted numerous calls to staff - otherwise a really good place to stay
Small room & no view
Location is very good. Perfectly placed for all mid-town attractions.
The $30 per person resort fee. The so-called complimentary bar and WiFi are not complimentary. For the price of this hotel, you'd be much better off staying at the Viceroy NYC.
pretty much everything. great, friendly & helpful staff, great facilities, great breakfast, great location, great room, great view, just great.....
can't think of anything I didn't like
Everything about it is great. The location amazing, the bed was better than any other hotel i ever visited. Their staff truly friendly and helpful.Top notch.
Size of the room a bit on the small size but that is understandable in NY. I didnt like to know about the extra payments while checking in.Would have been better if everything included in the price and i am talking about the lounge fee and resort fee they charge. They say the wifi is free but then charge $30 per person per day for it and to use their lounge. What if someone didnt want to use the lounge?
1) this hotel doesn't have a proper restaurant for breakfast, but a place called Terrace. The tea port and the tea cups are very dirty, especially the tea port. Usually people put hot water in it without checking the cleaness, but I checked: small black points could be seen ( from the previous tea bag ) and can be removed after I wash it by myself. 2) when I made the booking, i chose the price without breakfast, however, when i checked in the hotel, the reception told me that a "residence fee" of $30 per adult per night should be paid and I will have free breakfast. Reception said this'd fee is mandatory and I have no choice. 3) by paying the resident fee, it also said that I could have access to "business center service". But when I asked " on which floor is your business center?" The answer was " actually we don't have a business center, we just provide 'business center service' to you…"
