Good value nice accommodations convenient location
small bathroom no selves to put anything
"Included" food and beverage was nice for a quick bite.
Hotel is very nice but I didn't find it to match that of other 5 star hotels. Service was average but staff did not go above and beyond on any instance. Tablet to control room is just a tablet. Doesn't control window shades or lighting. Music plays out of a speaker on the back and the streaming service constantly got disconnected from the wifi.
Great location! Great idea to offer complimentary breakfast, tea and cocktails--- really makes this hotel a standout.
Front desk staff were not trained or educated on how to handle promotional rates, booked through third-party sites. Very disappointed with front desk follow-through on resolving my confirmed promotional rate. I waited at the front desk more than 40 minutes, over 2 different days, to have my confirmed booking.com rate honored by staff.
Stunning hotel, bed amazing, location superb, staff simply delightful. Fantastic breakfast and nibbles/drinks in evening. Worth the guest charge
Location of hotel is excellent. Close to everything in midtown + Subway stop right out the front of N,Q,R line
could have left snack foods out for longer periods. It is included in the room pricing so wanted to access it anytime
The "Terrace" open all day with breakfast and snacks. Comfy beds, very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Manager Dhalimu Robinson was icing on the cake!
"Free" wifi isn't really free. You pay daily for wifi, breakfast, snacks plus meat and cheese in the evening.
Staff were friendly and helpful
$35 daily fee come as a surprise
The staff were so nice and welcoming, especially "Ashly" the evening shift manager. We had a great time and enjoyed our NY in NYC :)
The property is somehow over priced with many added taxes and fees that adds to the original value of the night.
Excellently located couldn't fault the hotel at all
Location was amazing.
No in room dine in service. Limited food selection for breakfast.
Large comfortable room
Last day they had trouble with the lifts - 3 times I had to wait 10min for a lift.
Great location for shows, Carnegie Hall and midtown dining. Staff bends over backwards to make you feel at home. Kevin and Moe at front desk are tops, as are the doormen and housekeepers. Lovely breakfast, happy hour noshing. It's just plain comfortable and inviting.
Location excellent. Very nice room. Great idea to offer a lounge for guest. Highly recommended.
Staff very helpful, very good location, rooms are clean and well equipped, very good beds.
Connecting room very noisy, I had to change after first night.
Location, amenities, quality and design of furnishings, staff
The lounge on the 23rd floor
The rooms were a little bit too small.
Slow check-in, slow to clean tables on the Terrace.
the view, the concierge attention and the location were wonderful.
The resident's fee was not optional and we hardly enjoyed the options that came with it. They should offer hot breakfast as well. We got bored of the breakfast options at day 2.
Location and bed.
Breakfast was poor.
Location, amenities on the 23rd floor, elevators, bed.
Good Bed. Good bathroom. Nice linens. Updated décor. Friendly staff.
The hidden charge for the breakfast and other food related things. They should add it into the price if they are going to make you take it. As it reads when you book, it is not clear that it is not an option therefore is very misleading as to the price of the room.
The room service was unsatisfying. I called it three times and waited for one hour to add a comforter.
Staff were very helpful and room service was prompt.
Electronic tablet was not provided in the room, and after two phone calls to the front desk, the tablet still was not received.
