Room was pretty small
The pool area and bar, afternoon coffee and snack included, excellent breakfast
Rooms extremly small. I purchased a deluxe room. There was no space on room to place luggage. No ramp on lobby or bellman assistance to assist our luggage to ground floor. Extremely noisy. Doors will bang when closing. I paid $ 245 dollars per night believing in the ratings and website.
Very tiny room and bathroom. Towels were cheap.
Location, beachy feel.
The loft suite should have 43 m2, but in fact they count the terrasse to it - so it is a normal room (ca. 23 m2) with a big terrasse. Terrasse should have a sun protection / sun shade Helpful guys at the reception, but overall most of the employees are not very friendly when approached with questions. Understaffed - slow replacement during breakfast - need to ask every day for replacements (e.g. bread, scrumbled eggs, juice etc)
The location, the facility incl. pool & bar, the view from the terrasse
The woman at the reception
Lovely modern boutique hotel in a great location near the lighthouse in Punta Del Este with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Lovely outdoor heated pool and bar garden, great for relaxing after a hard day out. The staff could not be more helpful, making dinner reservations and booking rental cars
The rooms were very small. The bathrooms even smaller. I'm not a big person and I couldn't move in the shower so I wonder how a big person uses those bathrooms? There was no ventilation in the bathroom so use it once and it smells awful! The swimming pool looks great, but the water was pretty dirty. The blind didn't block out the light so the sun woke us up in the mornings and internet was not working for half the time we were there. We weren't unhappy to leave when our stay ended
Location was good, walking distance to restaurants, shops, port, beaches but would probably get a car to check our surrounding areas. Staff were very helpful.
Room was tiny, scruffy, it needed a refurb, (room 201). We wouldn't stay here again. Also this part of town isn't great.
Pool, friendly and helpful staff
Loved the boutique-y, beach feel of this hotel. The staff was wonderful and loved the little pool bar
Size of bathroom.
Great attention from the people at reception. Good pool bar. Well located. Overall nice option to stay in Punta.
The coffee but it was better than in many other Uruguayan hotels so far.
Good restaurants nearby, close to some night clubs and bars Swimming pool with great cocktails Clean and comfortable Reception staff spoke excellent English Good breakfast Very welcoming and felt at home very quickly Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the town centre.
- the house is not such good isolated against noise
- very friendly and helpfull stuff - very good breakfast - fantastic pool bar with good snacks and drinks incl. great lounge music - nice rooms, terrace and house - close to the harbor - lots of good restaurants around
The rooms were small and the doors to the rooms opened and closed loudly. We weren't sure if we were going to be happy the day we checked in but because the staff was friendly and spoke english which was very helpful we did enjoy our stay.
The hotel is located at the tip of the penisula which is a good location but the hotel is not on the nicest street. Easy to walk to town, restaurants. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is a great value for the money. Breakfast was good.
Price was not according to facilities
Excelent location. Three blocks away from bars and port.
The room and bed are small. There is no atmosphere.
Location is really good and the staff is friendly.
Location and staff are helpful, they're aleays smiling. I recommend this hotel.
The is no enough space for two people.
position, clean, staff Hight value for price
Only one person at the reception in the morning. A lot of people were checking out at the same time and we had to wait for 20min in order to rent the bikes (which we didn't in the end). I thought it was too expensive for what it offered: breakfast was not more than OK and the rooms were small.
Excellent view and location.
very small bathroom a little noisy, you can hear people on the hallways and other rooms
perfect location nice staff very good breakfast
The elevator is so antique that its start and stop make the passengers unexpectedly bounce off. Try to avoid rooms adjacent to the elevator which makes noise to affect the quality of sleep. The shower space is too small to stretch out. The breakfast is so so with very limited variety.
The hotel seems to be renovated from an old building, styling Mediterranean fashion. The cleanliness and location is good. The staff is helpful to guiding of the city.
The rooms a beat little thaks
I'like very much diseng and staff
Nothing everything was perfect
The staff was very helpful and kind. We really felt like home during our stay. The hotel provide the opportunity to rent bikes. We also really appreciated the restaurant. The pizza are delicious !!! To recommand ++++
We were in a time of little movement (May) and yet the neighborhood proved to be noisy. The smell of the flavoring used in the hallways need to be more gentle, soft. It smelled like a second-rate motel.
Style of the hotel, the decor with white and clean furniture (it was formerly a hotel and was recently renovated). Proximity to downtown (just a few blocks, in a quiet area).
