The cruise was clean and spacious with a large wash room and a decent balcony, Al though we have reserved two single bed, they’ve provided a suite with a large bed and single bed. And our guide Lucy was really helpful and assisting and she explained everything in detail. All the staff were accommodating. The itinerary was fixed and you have to expect crowd at almost all locations in your itinerary. Overall it’s was a good experience.

Everything was perfectly arranged and it was amazing stay. Proper communication and transport arrangements onboard arrangements was nicely done and tour Guide Lucy,she was very helpful and very friendly she has done her job nicely and Jimmy was well coordinated throughout the journey and it was very helpful for us make the arrangements all the staffs are vey professional and well trained. And facilities are really good and i love food they served in onboard. Highly recommended this cruise.

The cruise itself is great. Staff are fantastic, food is great, rooms are lovely. The issue is and this is not the cruises fault. It has become over commercialized so there are too many cruise ships in the bay. This takes away from the picturesque landscape and the tranquility. If you are wanting limestone views. You are better off going to Ninh Binh. If you enjoy nice cruises and aren't bothered by cruise ships everywhere. Than I highly recommend this cruise.

The ship was very comfortable with plenty of space to have your own privacy. The rooms were very comfortable with beautiful views. The ship staff were extremely friendly and accommodating but what made the experience even better was our host Lucy!! Lucy was amazing and so funny!! Lucy was very personable and helped with everything we needed!! Wish Lucy could be our tour guide for all of Vietnam!!
