This executive villa offers a serene farm-style environment with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large sitting areas, a lounge with premium DStv bouquet, two large balconies, outdoor sunbathing and entertainment area, secure grounds, ample parking, two large garages, and secure open parking. It's conveniently located near Fourways center. Damage Protection: This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. Cleaning Every morning, the beds will be made and the dishes washed. Every third day, linen will be changed and cleaning will be done. If you do not want to be disturbed, please inform us.
