No-nonsense check-in and check-out procedures.
Lack of servicing of unit.
The statement that no deposit was needed. On confirmation 50% of the fee was withdrawn from my card. No air-conditioning.
Excellent security, our bicycles were left overnight on the trailer and the night security ensured there was no interference with them. The facilities were good and the pool and braai areas were very welcome after cycling.
The proximity to my appointments.
It was obvious by virtue of the littles piles of sand through the tile joints that the place hadnt been swept. Floor tiles were cracked. The shower pressure was low. The furniture is ageing. Not good value for the R650 per night!
Location to amenities and highway
Fridge did not work. Had no hot water for two days as the Geyser was unplugged
spacious and comfortable
Cleaning of the flat was only once in the 4 nights spent
the location of the place is quiet and safe. the place was awesome.
Micro wave is a bit rusty and the taps couldnot close properly. one day we had no hot water due to repairs. however nobody informed us of this. till we seacrhed for assistance. having no reception doenst help either.
1. Bathroom: poor standard; not properly cleaned, black mildew around bathtub. Bad odor 2. Broken ironing board with shabby cover. 3. Cats entering the Unit. 4. Refused to provide a spare toilet roll. 5. Unit was not cleaned, swept on the Friday as they promise. 6. No person checked if we were comfortable after check in, only on check out by OWNER lady.
Easy access to Cape Town and Tyger Valley shopping mall
Having to keep doors locked and barred. Pool looked filthy with no sun beds
Like the security of the place and it is situated well
Staff not friendly
No gate code, no invoice, old furniture, bad smell in unit.
Self Catering unit was to far away from my parking bay
Comfortable bed. Adequately sized apartment.
Very noisy; traffic and airplanes landing. Looking a bit seedy; broken tiles, window latches etc.
Location. Bedrooms nicely furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was fine, we didn't need to cook. A few more knives and forks would be better.
Shower on the bath. Toilet paper got wet. No pressure. Bedroom could do with a shelf under the mirror for hair/makeup bits. Lounge area uncomfortable with cane furniture. Outside area, no where to sit. Broken plastic chair. Tygervalley Mall not accessible by foot as you have to walk right around.
It's close to the mall. It's safe and quiet.
Confusing parking area
Clean and well organised
nothing everything was 100%.
very conveniently situated, neat and tidy. reasonably priced.
having to negotiate with cleaning staff to get a new toilet roll. was not impressed especially seeing that the one in the bathroom on arriving was already half done. this could affect my return visit, which I have done for the past 4 years
Décor needs to be updated and Bathroom needs to be upgraded
Location, easy access to main routes
The lounge suite in flat 43 was very uncomfortable
Excellent location close to Cape Town, wine routes like Stellenbosch and Table view beaches. We have family living in Bellville and surrounding areas and with this location it was easy accessible with in ten minutes.
It was very central to Bellville and Cape Town
Some of the residents are noisy. They have no regard for anyone else or whether it is a week night or not. They would talk and laugh at the top of their lungs at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning.
Nothing Really I thought it's a holiday self catering units not a block of Townhouse with permanent residents.
The fact that it is not a designated holiday units but a residential unit
The flat was good in size, it was clean and neat.
This is a residential block where residents tend to abuse alcholol and make a lot of noise. Very loud bad language spoken by residents. A sense that one is not safe here. Wont stay here again :(
Well organised, central and good value for money!
