They have amazing tubs with jets in it and unlimited free amenities such as things to put in the baths, massage chairs, unlimited alcohol in the lobby, ice cream, popcorn, chicken curry and more. Really exceeded the expectations of awesome amenities! Great location as well next to all the popular street food.

Really close to the station, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. They gave us a call 30 minutes before the checkout. I was expecting a worse room and service as most of the reviews say but the room wasn't that bad.

Location is quite far out from the main tourist areas but wanted to stay in a hello kitty room and it was incredibly good value for an overnight stay in Osaka. Partner (Japanese) loved the jacuzzi and there were lots of amenities for an overnight stay (toothbrush, mouthwash.ect) if you miss the last train home (and other reasons).....Even hair straighteners. Much cleaner than I was expecting!

Very good service - things went smoothly even with the language barrier. The room is a little cramped (we had two large luggages) but it was comfortable and clean, had free WiFi plus the T&B had a Jap toilet (always great!), a hot tub and a nice set of toiletries. It is very close to Namba and Nippombashi stations and a few minutes' walk from Dotombori/Namba area, and has a FamilyMart right around the corner.

This is a former love hotel, so rooms might look like old-fashion, but you won't regret the experience and having a room this size in the very center of Osaka Nanba. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels replaced every day, which it seems it's not the norm anymore in Japan.
