The location is within the walls of the old city. This means that there are many steps to go up to the hotel. We lobed the idea of being within the walls. The people there were extremely helpful, coming to get us from the taxi with an electric wagon to take our luggage, (to and from the room). They gave us good tips for restaurants and overall made us feel very welcome. The room was nice, without a window with a view, but who cares when you go out of the room early in the morning and come back late at night.

The host is super friendly and responsive (gave also some good advice), the apartment was very clean, centrally located (a minute's walk from the city centre and a few minutes from the main train station) and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The beds are comfortable and although the apartment is very close to the station, it was very quiet. There are several grocery stores nearby if you need to buy food, and restaurants are also within walking distance of the apartment. Great place to stay in La Spezia, with the possibility of visiting other cities like Cinque Terre, Pisa, Genova, etc. easily with the train connections!

I couldn’t speak more highly of Alice and this apartment. If you are considering booking, don’t hesitate - it is perfect.

He brought breakfast every day. The property is a 20 min walk to La Spezia station and is such a relaxing retreat away from Cinque Terre. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby as well as a nice park to run in.
