Guest rooms in the hotel are equipped with an electric tea pot. The rooms have a flat-screen TV, and selected rooms are equipped with a balcony. The room was lovely, so clean and bed was so comfy! The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the hotel restaurant a lot more than we had planned as the food was so good!

The pictures online don't do the hotel justice - we felt as if we were in heaven from the minute we stepped in. Each and everyone of the staff was beyond friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The whole hotel area is breathtaking, the pool area is quiet, clean and the palmtrees and trees make the hotel feel as if you are in the middle of nature. The rooms are so spacious and modern and we couldn't hear a thing during the day or at night. We especially enjoyed the vegan meals in the Green Cafe and had the best evening at Fresca Restaurant - the waiters are exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Breathtakingly beautiful property with brilliant service and an unimaginable location. The team was extremely kind and profession. The breakfast was wonderful, both the Cosmo restaurant and rock Salt had perfect dishes, when I say perfect I mean top notch, unmatched. Highly encourage half board for if you’re going for a short 3-5 days stay.

All villas at Mandarava Resort and Spa, Karon Beach - SHA Extra Plus are built separately from each other and furnished with contemporary decor. They feature free Wi-Fi, a private balcony and a 40-inch flat-screen cable TV. A minibar and a safety deposit box are provided. An en suite bathroom comes with a separate bathtub and a shower. very nice hotel complex. Our room must have been at the highest point of it. We had a marvellous view from our balcony.

So far this was the best resort I’ve been to. They upgraded our room for free but i’m sure all rooms have same utilities. There was everything you need, even the mosquito spray and suncreams at the pool. I loved it
