This is the second time we stay at this hotel. Last time as a family and now as a couple. And he’s exceptional! Beyond the location that is in the center of everything, Eminonu, misir carsisi, Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, a tram, all is a few walks away. The rooms are clean and pleasant. And the staff is the best Turkey! Everyone without exception is pleasant, smiling, helpful. Anything you need they are there for you with pleasure. The best hotel in Istanbul. Looking forward to coming back again.

The staff is really nice and when we had problems with very noisy neighbours, personnel was very concerned and did intervene twice. I recommend the stay in the Mercure hotel. I think it is one of the best choices in this area. Wifi was also excellent.

Excellent locagion in one of the most modern area of the city, the mall is a 5 min walk, all neceaaitiea around. The amenities, everything you need is available in the room, soap and towels in the bathroom, coffee machine and pods available, teas, and even small chocolates. Fully equipped kitchen, Staff verry attentive, the self check in process is very easy. Parking included.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Yusuf at the reception provided exceptional service, even offering us a free upgrade. The location was fantastic, with an interesting and affordable neighborhood compared to Sulthänahmet/Faith. I would absolutely choose this hotel again next time!

The property is modern and includes wellness and spa, the room with full glass wall top it. As I was using a rental car, the free parking was essential. What makes me give this property 5 star is the amazing staff we met. really without exception all were friendly and willing to help. I I would move my appreciation here towards three room service stuff (Rabia, Hümeyra and Tugba) who gave us there time and treated us as a family member.
