My recent stay at Margherita Holiday Home was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment. It was immaculate and well-maintained, making me feel instantly comfortable and at ease. The surroundings were wonderfully serene, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. I appreciated the peacefulness and tranquility, which allowed me to unwind and rejuvenate during my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the warm hospitality extended by the host. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Relais & Chateaux IL Falconiere was an exceptional property and worthy of 5 stars. It was the perfect oasis right outside of Cortona to enjoy both the Tuscany and Umbria hilltowns. We stayed a total of three nights having dinner at the one star michilien restaurant two nights and the ambiance, service and quality of dining were exceptional. It was really enjoyable to spend the day driving in the nearby Tuscan and Umbrian villages and then enjoy a late afternoon couple of hours in our own tuscan countryside with pool and fine dining experience. Breakfasts in the original greenhouse were also outstanding with ambiance and local abundance!

The grounds were beautiful and spacious. The staff went out of their way to ensure that everything was going well. Alessandra,Alessandro and Nichola were excellent hosts. We felt like family. The room was perfect ! Thank you for a memorable stay. We will be back.

The grounds of this beautiful villa are just stunning. The pool is nestled between a sunflower field & a vineyard, making it just about the most Tuscan thing possible. It’s the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo while enjoying a lovely view of Cortona. The staff is very friendly & helpful, and the breakfast in the garden was picturesque on top of being delicious. Parking was included and the city center of Cortona was just a short drive up the hill. Our room was also quite large with a good sized bathroom and very efficient air conditioning (a must for us when visiting Italy in the summer).
