He contact us once we made the reservation & followed up us then. He greeted us in front of the apartment when we arrived & helped us carried the bag as the room is in the 4th fl. The room is new & very clean. He explained us how to book the train ticket to CT, where we can shop & eat. Sure we will stay again at Le Tortorelle if we have chance to visit CT again someday!

If you consider renting this place you need to know, you need 25 minutes to get to the port, 10 minutes to get to the Main Street of La Spezia.
