Villa Monte Kariotes was an awesome place to stay in Samothraki. We are honored to be the first guests and we recommend it to everyone who wants to follow us! It’s really nice located, with the view of the mountains and also the sea. The house was really clean and nice designed. It looked just like in the photos! The guest left us everything we needed in it. Also, the garden was surrounded by flowers and nature. The pool was a perfect attraction for kids. They really liked it. The guest is extremely kind too. Such lovely people! We were welcomed with warm smiles and happiness. They were ready to help us with anything. They even bought us something from the bakery for breakfast and showed us the best restaurants, beaches and waterfalls. They came every morning to check the pool and to see if everything is alright. We are so thankful to them. We will definitely come back! As the guest said.. : “Villa Monte Kariotes leaves memories!” ❤️

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was as we expected and we had a great time. So maybe the furniture is not the newest, but the friendly staff, the view and the island make up for any inconveniences.

The apartments are 4 kilometers away from the port the ferry drops you in, the property is the only hotel in the area and it's bordered by agricultural fields so you'll hear sheep, goats and crickets close by. Inside they are spacious enough and have everything you need. A special shout-out to the owner Taifun and his wife who are easy going, helpful and always there to make your stay perfect.

Marina is an exceptional host that will try to do everything to make you feel like home. The rooms are big and clean with a mini fridge, hot plate, electric water heater, dishes and glasses. We had a front porch with table and chairs and a balcony with two benches and a table. You can park right in front of your room so you can check your car anytime. You can also relax at the pool which is child appropriate (60cm one side/2metres on the other) at any hour day or night.
