The hotel provided additional pillows at no extra cost. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious!

Room - location and the Duke as a whole was awesome. I worried about going during winter - Kings birthday weekend - cafe/ stores being open - but it was still a bustling wee village. The Duke was busy with people staying or eating which was lovely to see. The Ferry across to Paihia was right on the door step too. Love Northland!
