Absolutely wonderful stay at sofia resort. From the moment we walked in we were greeted very professionally, and everything was explained about the rooms and facilities. Christos went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for. The staff in general were very friendly and helped with every request we had. We built a personal relationship with them and can't wait to go back. The room was unreal, really amazing from the cleanliness to the size and facilities within. The bar was probably the best part, the view was amazing and Nico knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to a drink. He knows his way around a cocktail and even created a new one not on the menu just for us...(the "no name"). Not forgetting the jacuzzi, chill music and ambient lighting at night. Thank you so much guys, see you again soon.

Hotel is nice and very well organized. From the first moment on the reception desk we encountered friendly and proffesional staff. Everything is very clean. Towels in the room were changed every day. In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety. We would come back again. Recomendations!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My family and friends purchased the all inclusive option for the resort. The rooms were comfortable and family friendly. Activities were planned throughout the day and the activities director was always available for fun! Lots of places to see close to the location. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel !!! Every thing was fantastic: great and kind staff,perfect food,good aqwa park and pools.this hotel has wonderful atmosfhere.the location was good .29 minutes from rethmino and from kournas lake.the best vacation !!!thank you for evrething.we hat a great time.we will come back

Thanks a lot to all the staff for this relaxing week, this is an amazing place. If we will be back in Crete, I have no doubt that this resort will be our choice. I don't really understand any negative review read, from my point of view I recommend this resort to everyone coming in Crete and searching for relax.

Beautiful villa with loads of space for a large family. Michael was so friendly and looked after us, including a home cooked meal on arrival. Nice pool and views. Great location at the edge of town (although need to cross a busy road)
