The reception was hidden in a room (temporarily?), it didn’t feel very professional. Receptionist acted a bit ignorant and uncomfortable in speaking English. In our opinion the breakfast was scarce and if you come after 10am, they might already be cleaning it up, even though breakfast is served up to 10:30am. Dinner was ok, but wouldn’t go back for the food here.

cleaning only every 3 days, no food options after 9pm so we arrived late at night very hungry with 3 children. I wish there was a vendor machine or a snack option.

The restaurant, the breakfast and the dinner were not that good compared to the resort itself. Check out need to be later than 10.30 Am as long the check in started at 3.00 PM.

The hotel closed its spa area for renovation (until summer 2024) and did not inform me, even though I had booked the hotel in advance for the New Year holidays. I wanted to relax in the spa area, walk around, and breathe fresh air. In the end, they charged me and only informed me about the spa area closure upon check-in. It was impossible to cancel the reservation. That's why me and my friends had to go to another hotel for the spa area and pay an extra price for services. My vacation was completely ruined. The reception staff were completely irresponsible. They didn’t know what services the hotel offered. They initially said there was no laundry service, but after I wrote on booking.com, they came and said they could do laundry after all. There was a broken shower and no light in the shower in my room. The design concept of the room (wood) looks good only in photos, but in reality, all wooden surfaces have huge splinters that pierce your hands, causing a lot of pain. This is completely unacceptable and can be very dangerous, especially for children.

The hotel is in a quiet location, near a lake.

Room was completely different than what is shown in Booking pics. When we approached reception about it, the only feedback they gave us is: "it is similar", and did not agree to move us to another room, claiming there's no other room available. Room overall condition was poor, cracks in the wooden beams, taps with rust , the toilet and shower are located in the room entrance, while sleeping rooms are on the top floor. size of the shower is very small...

I liked the idea of inclusive dinner and breakfast But I wish if there were many option of choices in the menu.

Our room looked like the set of an eighties porno. The website mainly feature the new rooms which look great. Make sure you get one of those when you book. The older rooms look like they have not been upgraded for decades and gives off a 'you might get murdered here' vibe. In fairness, we had a good stay but we are not coming back any time soon.
