Breakfast was nice, but heated foods were not as hot as expected. But a nice spread. Doors to rooms are a bit thin, so when other guests are in the hallway, you hear everything (and room doors shut a bit heavily)

Friendly staff, nice amenities in the room (shaving kit, toothbrush kit and shower cap. Great location and easy 10-15min walk from the Wien-Mitte airport train station.

Some small improvements of the room could really upgrade it. i.e. replacing the old carpet and drapes. Also, the bathroom door is annoying (it can only be entirely opened or closed, and it blocks the place for the suitcase).

Very nice staff and great breakfest. All and all a very nice hotel at a good location right near public transportation but quiet, at a reasonable price considering it is part of the city center.

We were in room 33 and the toilet had no sink or wash facilities, had to go round to shower room to wash hands.

All major important things, ie staff, cleanliness, location etc) were very good. Shower room and water pressure was v good.

The decor was somewhat dated but not at all shabby. The facilities can't be expected to match more expensive hotels with this location. I don't think you can get more for the price.

Pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast with small but adequate selection of good food. Excellent location off a side street and close to restaurants, cafés, and multiple transport options at Schwedenplatz.

Room is rather small. No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. No bin in the bedroom - there is one in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a very convenient local. Just a few metres from the Ubahn (metro) and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of the city. Staff were nice. Breakfast was better than expected There is a bath and a shower. No problem with WiFi.

To start with, apt location. Just few meters away from the center. Very cozy rooms, decent size washroom and friendly staff. You will get many eating options just outside the hotel. Accessibility from the hotel is 10 on 10.

Sink is literally inside the room. Bathroom should be one with toilet and shower cabin together.

Excellent location with access to the subway station.
