Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Elevator cramped and very slow. Lobby up five flights of stairs if you get tired of waiting for the elevator.
Nice location, great staff. Irish pub right across the street. Close to metro hub.

The WiFi signals are not good in 2nd floor room. There is no cattle or coffee machine in the room. Lift doesn’t go to ground floor. Drain for water in shower was very slow. No breakfast option.
Hotel is 10 mins drive from central railway station and walking distance to city Center and all major attractions. Staff is super friendly and ready to help. Room was of good size and bed was comfortable. There are several good restaurants near by hotel.

Be there on time because the reception closes after 8 pm. They do not serve breakfast.
Good single room for a decent price near the Votivkirche and University.

No breakfast at the hotel, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Reception open only until 19, but it was not a problem for me as I arrived early.
Good location at a walking distance from the center. Metro station very near. Nice view to the Votiv church from the window. Clean and peaceful room. Good value for the money.

To be honest the bed i didn't like it, i was with my fiancé in holiday there but the bed was in 2 pieces it was 2 single beds attached to each other but the Mattress was comfortable
İt was very nice the staff so helpful and the hotel was so beautiful especially i liked thw old structure and the wooden stairs the stile so elegant hilarious i recommend it to everyone to stay there

There was no door on the shower room which was a bit awkward sharing a room with my dad, but we figured out a system.

They don't offer breakfast, but McDonalds and some other restaurants are close (walking distance). They don't have parking place, but public garages are not far away.
Good location, near to the centre of town and in the center of the events. Good for one or two nights.

The room was hot, (over heated even for the freezing conditions outdoors) and could not be turned down far enough. THe desk chair was broken, took 12 hours to fix, there was no hot water the first day, the staff fixed it when they arrived the next day.
The location was good, parking was good and very affordable, and a short walk. The staff were responsive

The shower looked like it could use a bit of repair. The magnetic strip that held the doors closed was becoming detached. When we first entered our room, we noticed that one of the shower's sliding doors had come off the tracks. It was an easy fix, so ultimately not that big of a deal.
The location was superb! An easy walk to Innere Stadt and beautiful views from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a homey feeling and was decorated for Christmas. The staff was friendly and helpful!

It’s 2 floors in a building. The “lobby” looks very old fashioned and a bit odd. The bedroom is not very attractive and the fittings in the bedroom seemed cheap.

Room look OK, however once we remove the small blanket they put to bottom of the bed for fancy look (dark colored small rectangle cover), under of it full of long hair which has not cleaned up at all. Basic room, instead of AC they had fan.
Location was ideal, you can go to old town by walking 10-15 mins else you have all buses and metro lines by 2-3 mins walk. Price was really affordable comparing to other places in Vienna. Even though there is not always a person at the reception, it is easy to reach via phone.

A little tricky to find as it's on the 1st floor and if you have heavy luggage, you'll have to carry them on one flight of stairs.
The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. There were nearby tram and bus stops so you can easily go to the sights.
