We were on the first floor which was located under the breakfast buffet floor. So from 6 AM, there was lots of noise from upstairs as people were going for breakfast. The mini fridge in the room had a glass door and its light was flickering during the night. We heard several other guests complaining about this to the front desk. We had to unplug the fridge every night before going to sleep. The Air conditioning unit was making lots of whooshing noise during the night, even though it was turned off in our room. It seemed that there was constant water circulation in the unit if guests in other rooms had them turned on.

Great location near the underground station which is a few stops from the city centre. The hotel is very clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite a good size, with clean comfy beds and a mini bar. The bathroom was very clean with fresh towels and toiletries. The breakfast was fantastic and really worth including in your booking.

The room was amazing! Staff were really helpful. We had a late night check-in so we ordered our dinner from a restaurant nearby and got it delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival. The staff gladly collected it on our behalf and handed over once we reached.

Exquisitely clean rooms with a great attention to detail and sustainability, including using natural and not synthetic materials whenever possible. The location is just a few metro stations away from the historical centre. Fantastic breakfast with primarily locally sourced and on-site prepared dishes.

The room is excellent, spacious, after restoration. The location is very convenient, next to the red line metro station, convenient to get to the city center. There is a store, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast with a variety of eco-friendly products, especially eggs with encouraging messages that lift your spirits.

Good and warm welcome even though we arrived very early, we were greeted with coffee and a smile from the staff. Warm and very cozy room with a balcony where you can smoke if you are a smoker. Excellent location to public transport. The breakfast was very good. I recommend this one hotel, and we would stay there again.

During the stay there were only works in the street where the hotel is, but there was really no noise inside the hotel

The beds were not very comfortable. There was some problem with separate beds but was solved quickly thanks to the quick intervention from the personnel. The room on the street side was bit noisy. Try to ask for the room on the patio side
