It was all great

Really lovely hotel, staff very courteous. We asked for a baby bed for our daughter which was excellent size and quality of bedding so she also got a really good nights sleep. Excellent breakfast.

to charge 17€ for outside parking in the wide space the hotel owns seems a little exagerated

Communication with the stuff was awful. At first, they didn't respond to my breakfast confirmation request, but instead, they bombarded me with messages asking to fill out the registration form in advance. In this form they put an incorrect date of the breakfast I ordered, that’s why I sent them a confirmation request. No response till our arrival. When I asked at the reception guy if there was a toilet with a changing table, I was told that unfortunately there wasn't one. My child had to be changed in the car. A little bit later, I discovered that there was a changing table in the restroom for people with disabilities, but it was too late. I thought that the person at the reception might be new and unaware of the hotel's facilities. I informed the reception that there was a changing table, but I received a rather rude response. There was no fridge in the room.

Breakfast was very good, the room was clean, the bed was quite comfortable. I really liked that there is a restaurant in the hotel.

A bus to the centre of Salzburg. We were nowhere near a café and the breakfast was far too expensive at €22 each. It was the same breakfast choice each day, so boring. It was previously prepared and all self service. Coffee from a machine. We thought, for that price, breakfast should be served by a waiter and have more choice than bacon, sausages and scrambled egg as the hit food offer.

Everything was good except the twin mattresses on a double bed and they were sliding apart off the frame, it was sorta annoying and also the bed in general was a bit too low.

I really liked the location with the view from the room. I also really liked that the pricing of the parking wasn't too high. The cleanliness of the room was really good as well and the room had everything that was needed.

I could not adjust the heating and it was very hot on the high level where I stayed. Also, I left a red winter scarf in the ladies bathroom near the Reception. I tried to call the number listed on the website for days and days. It rang and rang and no one ever answered. Therefore I never recovered my nice scarf. The number should be checked or changed on the website. It doesn't work.

Our room did not have a bath which I requested. Was not informed that the Family room's do not come with a bath they only have showers.

The breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable a bit small for a family. Location good only a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Easy to find the hotel.

Instead of a double bed we got 2 single beds with wheels that were moving apart. The sink was clogged. It had 1 chair instead of 2. The price of the breakfast was 22 euros per person per night which is very expensive.

Location was 12 minutes on foot from center and there was a bus stop nearby. The price of the room comparing to the competition was good. They cleaned the room and changed towels every day.

Hard to find, that was our mistake with the sat nav - it's on the main road.!

Well-located and well-appointed hotel just out of Salzburg city centre, a twenty minute walk (or short bus ride) along the river from the main event. Corporate in style but not offensively so, with helpful staff; absolutely brilliant breakfast; nice grounds; dog friendly. The staff were exceptionally helpful at finding medical assistance for a minor problem. Expensive but good restaurant with pleasant staff. Very quiet. Underground car park a plus, if a little damp when it rains. Did the job!

We booked a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 children and it worked out well. The hotel is mile out of town but the buses are very regular and several lines run past the hotel.

The room was quite warm as the air conditioning had been turned off for October.

The location was very handy to public transit and only a 20 minute walk to the main tourist area. The lobby / bar, and breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast was excellent.
