The breakfast is very base, I could not feel the vue for money here. The parking is not possible in the hotel. They suggest a very good possibility but I should use the public transportation to get back to the hotel, it’s a bit uncomfortable.

The bed was not very comfortable, it was very hot in one of the rooms and we couldn't get the temperature down. One of the neighbouring families was extremely noisy and this did not change over 3 nights.

The third bed was a fold out and not so comfortable.

Location was superb. Close to Schonbrunn Palace and zoo. Close to metro station making it convenient to reach the heart of the city. The rooms are small but clean. Beds comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday.

I thought that the cost of the breakfasts for children was expensive and therefore went around the corner to the Anker bakery and breakfasted for a quarter of the cost. Also the 3rd bed in our triple room was really uncomfortable and my daughter ended up in the main bed that already had two in it; I tried the bed also but it was really uncomfortable. The bed seemed to be some kind of fold out chair and had hard ridges along its length. I would recommend changing this and it then impacted our day in the zoo... we were all tired.

We were staying for the night so that we could enjoy Schonbrunn Zoo on the Sunday, and for this the location was excellent. The hotel is a lovely old building and had beautiful high ceilings.

Breakfast. Rather rudimentary I'm afraid and for 15 Euros paid up front. Perhaps not many people staying there at the time. Ate for three mornings at the cafe round the corner (for less).

Location was good for the park at Schonbrunn just around the corner and for the Heitzing city wide train station almost opposite.

The Property is located very close to the metro station and also the palace. The owner of the property was a very kind lady and helped us with all the necessary information required. The rooms were cleaned everyday.

the bed is double size. The toilet quality is not good, and need more water to clean it.

the location is perfect for Schönbrunn Palace, you can access the side door of the Schönbrunn Palace park by foot early in the morning, with many residents running in the park. The staff is warm and nice. Hot water pressure is good for showers. One small elevator. Hietzing subway station is equipped with an elevator. Billa supermarket is closed on Sunday.

Bit dusty, bud there were renovations going on the facade.

I liked the vibe of the hotel. Really old but still modern. Big chandeliers and lots of rugs. Loved it. Moreover I found the bed really comfortable.
