We could not leave our unit one day because the handle on the front door would not rotate sufficiently to unlock the door. This was at about 8:20 in the morning. My wife called reception on the single digit number (i think it was 9) but no reply. We then phoned the switchboard number on our booking.com papers, also without a reply. My wife then called 000 which went through to a local police station and somebody there called Chris, the maintenance guy. In due course he visited us and squirted some WD40 on the handle, which worked for a few minutes before locking up again. This was our second stay at the resort but we feel it is now looking tired and in need of some expenditure on replacing worn out items. Also it would help enormously if Reception was staffed at the times you advertise. An alternative phone number would also be a good idea if you are serious about professionally running a resort. What would have happened had there been a fire in our unit and we (both octogenarians) could not escape? Of course there was no apology from management of the resort, which would have been nice. Clearly there is an attitude problem within your organization.

A wedding was being held downstairs, very noisy and lots of people. I was expecting a quiet golf resort for couples, it was more suitable for families with young kids. Lots of kids in the pool and gym. Sauna was nice, pool needed maintenance and paining.

The room had a big Balcony, it was nice to sit and have lunch.

The whole Swiss village feel, and being Christmas, the boys called it Santa's Village. There was plenty to do without leaving the facilities

It is bit far from Launceston city. And game arcade room don’t have much options. Tv in the room are on top of wardrobe and no Netflix. Notice about extra cost for dirty dish and loosing pool towels.

It’s beautiful with swiss village, activities to do.

Mini Golf needs barriers below fence so ball don’t end up in lake!

No Internet signal at all and small bathroom.

Location, Restaurant, Loads of activities for a family Indoor pool, paddle boats, mini golf, golf course, games arcade, Ice cream and lolly shop a bakery and a gift shop.

There was no electricity when we reached but it came after few hours.

The appearance of all the amenities was tired and wore out. Didn’t like the shower in the spa bath. Lots of bird poo everywhere and especially on our front and back veranda. Room had a funky smell. Dinner at the restaurant was average at best. Didn’t think that it was value for money for what we got.

Location was lovely. Staff were great. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable.

It all really needed a coat of paint. Also plants in windows boxes were dead just through lack of water. Not a great look.

Our unit could sleep 4 people and was very cramped, with the living area having a double bed in it. There was no inside table and the one on the verandah only had chairs for 2 people which we had to bring inside and was then very cramped.

Nice & quiet, units were separated from each other and had a nice outlook. The staff were very friendly.

Minor detail but no doonas on the beds, just a thin blanket.

lovely place, great food in the bakery & restaurant. the chocolate/icecream shop was superb lol. plenty of activities.

All was good

Quite and peacefull location with a little bit of nature. The studio cabins were a good size comfortable bed with a balcony. Had the essentials that you needed the little Swiss Village was cute bakery worth a visit. There were lots of white ducks wandering around. Good option for a 1-2 night stay. Damien was very helpfull at reception with our requests.

Its super minor but maybe need to clean gutters out and pop something in to stop the birds from getting in and nesting in roof.
