our spa didn’t work, but apparently it has a sensitive button. I would suggest a sign left in bathroom so that people don’t miss out on having their spa. Bed to hard.

Everything you need is right there; restaurant, shops, putt putt, activities on the lake. Family friendly but great for couples also. Very large room.

Phone reception and wifi were terrible Beds were too hard for me but my husband had no issues!

The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. the couch was also uncomfortable. the bottom step on the entrance is very high. If there was a cover over the balcony it would have been able to enjoy it no matter the weather

the location was quiet, and the entire room was good. the spa was outstanding. plenty of towels was a bonus.

the little cabin we stayed in was adorable it was clean modern had everything we needed getting up to cheerful faces and beautiful food every morning at the bakery (the girls were so lovely) and coming home to pademelons at our door and a short stroll to the bistro for a hearty meal at night made our stay would definitely stay again 😁

Everything is on point but the bedding. I've stayed in two rooms. The second room to be softer bedding. I've had to take the topper off the second bed to add it to the main room and you just can't fix it with these mattresses and thin toppers. A place to sleep is what I pay for. The additives are on point.

The location just out of town far outweighs anywhere in launceston for accommodation. This is what you expect when you want the beauty of Tasmania. It has a village style setup and the food quality is like high end Sydney. You won't find this service and quality at high rated restaurants in northern Tasmania from my experience.

It is very dated and requires significant modernising The couches are extremely uncomfortable The cost is too high There is only a ring at one end of the basketball court, which is often being used The golf course needs maintenance

On arrival there was a sign. Be nice to staff that turn up as we have a shortage of staff. On arrival I was created by an older female employee that I could only describe as rude and walked away thinking don't use that sign as an excuse for your behaviour.. On departure greeted by a younger employee so nice and interested in how was our stay.

Bed was hard/not comfortable. Restaurant closed early (only option for late check-in was vending machine). Breakfast buffet was limited and food had been out for a while.

The hot plates did not work well. The water pressure was poor. The toilet was in a tiny room which was difficult to get in and out of and a larger person would find this challenging. The beds were large which was great but the mattrass was too firm. The wifi was poor so much so that it was quicker and easier to go off site to get better service.

There was plenty of space in the apartment. It was quite and the grounds were beautifully kept. The staff were very helpful.

We found the security lights on the ground outside the end windows shone up into the room all night, way too bright. My husband had to block the windows with the spare pillows as there are no blinds on the windows, only drapes. Property a bit dated, needs maintenance Golf course has too many rabbit holes🙁 too many rabbits!

Room was comfortable. Two beds provided which was what we requested. Enjoyed being close to the little village with cute shops. Facilities available were very good.

Dated cabin, smelt a bit. The bakery opened not early enough to grab something for breakfast before we left. The whole place needed a bit of a refresh.

Great location, handy to Launceston. Scenic surroundings. Staff were helpful.
