Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Air conditioning struggled to keep place warm. Shower head leaked , and some bathroom and toilet fixtures are loose. Minor maintenance issues only.
Close to shops, but not noisy. Everything in room that we needed, good size TV. Comfortable bed. Undercover parking at door makes it easy.

WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM I THOUGHT IT HAD A VIEW BUT DID NOT.
NICE CLEAN ROOM. A SPA THAT WORKED AS MOST PLACES DONT. THE FRESH LINEN IN THE FOYER IS A GREAT IDEA. THE POOL AREA COULD DO WITH REFRESHING. REALLY NICE HAVING THE POUR HOUSE NEXT DOOR WITH FRIENDLY STAFF THERE ALSO.

The ensuite door in master bedroom was difficult to close. Some rubbish from previous occupant still present under beds. Shower in main bedroom was not great for a taller person.

The ensite shower /spa shower is not the best at all. No pressure and cold water, not really hot water. Also the ensuite door does not close properly. Gets stuck and needs adjusting. The kids rooms have a small electric heater that don't so much to heat the rooms at night. We needed a tissue and that's all that was there 1 tissue placed in the box and I guarantee they will replace that tissue with another single tissue. The pool was not really heated as such. It was still cold and the sauna was not operating.
The apartment we stayed at was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen area was very good

Didn’t like that you had to strip your own sheets before departure, never had to do this before, it’s not an airbnb.
Comfy bed, large and spacious room with nice Japanese-style decor. Spa bath was spacious and comfortable.

Facilities could be updated. There was a musky smell throughout apartment. Shower heads need replacing. Spa needs repairing.
Upgraded the room from a 2 bedroom chalet to 3 bedroom villa. It's very central to Dunsborough town. All within walking distance. The beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping etc.... Very good for families.

I know self check in is probably the way of the future but I did miss that interaction when we arrived.
The apartment was so big and it had everything that you needed. It was perfectly located between the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Amenities were really clean and the cleaning staff were really friendly.

Size of rooms was quite small and furniture was looking at bit dated. Open bathroom without a fan made steam go throughout the whole room when taking a hot shower.
Location is central to facilities and walking distance to the beach. Staff were friendly and room was clean.

Our apartment had a large coffee table and not a table to sit at, we had the kitchen apartment. There is a communal patio area close by but the tables were for 2 people, very nice in the morning but not so comfortable at night for a dinner.
Location in the centre of town was fantastic. 2 minute walk to the beach, cafes or shopping centre was perfect. Daily towels was thoughtful. Several bbqs with utensils was a great touch. BBQ's were all clean and ready to use.

The price could have been better, tv in the bedroom kept freezing and kicking us off netflix (losing the connection).
Lovely reception staff, really helpful. Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Had washing machine and dryer and the shower was great. Good location.
