Unfortunately during my stay there were pool works going on which meant it was very noisy from about 8am onwards which isn’t very relaxing. Also there was a power cut in the hotel and it took around 4 hours to get the power back on. I understand that it may have been out with the hotels control but some compensation would have been appreciated as breakfast was also missed that morning.

It had everything, from gym to pool side restaurant for a relaxing buffet breakfast, all rooms look onto pool. Lovely boardwalk across the road for an evening stroll.

They don’t offer daily house keeping so we requested more towels which the staff happily provided at the front desk.

The pool facilities were great, beach towels were also provided. The bed was very comfortable and it was a well appointed room. The hotel was also quite nicely laid out, and despite being school holidays, was very quiet and not overcrowded. The location is an easy walk to Airlie town centre or the marina and shops.

A Bad experience with Netish ,No customer service experience at all , Talks down at you. If he was employed by me he would not have a job . He doesn't enjoy his job and that reflects in his attitude.

We didn't like the way Netish the Food and Beverage Manager addressed us and fellow patrons , Not polite, very rude , He needs to go to a Customer Service school . Attitude very Appauling ,We stayed for nine nights and we felt like we were being watched all the time like we did something wrong very discomforting , We travel alot and I give great reviews but due to his Customer Service we can't recommend the Restaurant area to others .

The hallway was not vacuumed and had bugs. The door of room 346 does not close on its own.

Everything good, the breakfast could be better

The room was nicely decorated, it looked modern. It was cozy and nice, very clean and with everything that you need. The only thing was that we try to connect our Netflix but it didn’t work, it was impossible to connect the tv to the WiFi

The windows were not up to stan dard in dining room etc Our shower screen would only open half way as it dragged on tiles in room 301.

Check-in was very poor. Originally gave me wrong room key and direction to room. After returning to reception I was advised I should have had key and direction to a different room. On discovering the room I was actually supposed to be in involved walking up three flights of stairs I indicated that it would be difficult for my wife to negotiate the stairs as she has had a knee operation. The receptionist was very helpful in allocating us another room close to the lifts.

The staff could have been better, we stayed for 3 nights and each day/night we found the staff to do the bare minimum to get them through their shift, if you asked for anything is seemed to be an inconvenience to them and the facial expressions and attitude of some staff reflected this. The breakfast lady was very pleasant in checking us in for breakfast and had a nice and friendly attitude most reception staff were pleasant however when asking to help us book a taxi we were told me had to do it ourselves and then when someone else asked they helped them as another staff member was present so therefor they had to do their job! The bar staff really didn't seem to want to have to do anything that exceeded their energy or inconvenienced them, we were told no more cocktails at 8:30 when the bar didn't close to 9 as they wanted to clean the equipment early, this was disappointing as it is not stated anywhere that you cannot order them after this time! A few eyerolls and long stares were given when ordering drinks over the few days also to the point we just didn't bother.

The rooms were modern, clean and had a nice look to them, beds were comfy and had nice little touches (Easter eggs as it was Easter weekend) the pool overall look of the hotel was nice and the pool was a good temperature! Breakfast had a good selection and it is accessible to other restaurants and shops!

Honestly we came to Airlie for a complete vacation. So close into town. Pool/bar was perfect, can drink by pool. Buffet in morning was nice ! Lunch and dinner was also good ! Room service and the reception were exceptional… pool was clean and area was spacious. Would definitely come back again. However, rooms are not updated and tv do not have Netflix YouTube etc.

Access to town difficult for dinners etc if you wanted a few drinks and nit drive. Disappointed no food available until 6pm if not Sunday.

Staff excellent. Very comfortable bed. Great pool.
