Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Outdated and in need of renovations. Signage not clear, driveway narrow, cluttered and unpaved. Not the safest in terms of locals/renters, I wouldn’t take my kids there
Location was great and price reasonable compared to others in area. View is nice from unit of you get the right one

Everything was broken or run down no extra linen in cupboards which were broken the shower head kept falling down

Pool sorundind dirty and green pool, no way anyone can use that pool full of fungi without becoming sick. The wardrobe door is fall off. And blocking access to the actual wardrobe. No hands washing sop provided and finally no flying screen to the caranda.

The pool was unclean couldn't swim in it very disappointing. As we left beach early expecting to swim in pool. Should clean up pool or don't advertise pool as part of the resort.

Dirty green pool, broken doors, broken towel rack, broken toilet roll holder, no spoon for coffee, bbq area filthy, whole place in a sad state of disrepair and neglect.

Could not open door at times. Kettle did not work and was replaced. Fridge was tiny and froze up the drinks. Room wasn’t serviced the next morning and we had to make our own bed.

The room were not in a good state The toilet door couldn’t be shout There are lots of repairs to be done The pool was green The people that stay there were a bit a concern as I was there with my 14 years old daughter

Very overpriced(was Xmas time & only place left) No staff upon arrival (5.15pm..check in starts at 3pm), however I was 2hrs later than when I said I would check in by, and all you had to do was call them. Card entry room doors open to a clean but extremely falling apart room! I can't believe I forgot to get pics! Flat screen tv that you can't use as it's only digital channels and the tv reception is terrible. Must be around 1960's broken room furnishings/fittings. Was a joining room but there was no working handle or lock on the joining door! I stuck a door stop under it and pushed bed against it. Was kinda creepy! Falling apart draw/dresser whatever thing it was to store your belongs in bathroom area. Bathroom was older than my crappy home rental. The only chair to sit on was like a 1970s dining chair which was falling apart at the backing and all the old yellow foam & cardboard insert was ripped and hanging out. The aircon was dripping. The carpet looked putrid, stained & about 20yrs old...I never took off my shoes! Check out is between 9am and 11am..I set my alarm for 10.30am as I had a late night but woke at 10am instead...BANG BANG BANG ON THE DOOR AT 10.15AM..."ROOM SERVICE" I say I'm ok thanks.."WHEN R U CHECKING OUT" I HEAR A BEEP AND SHE STARTS TO OPEN MY EFFING DOOR! Lucky I was close & opened it before she did and I saw she was shocked. I'm a big tough woman, and she looked the same...very intimidating for others I would assume! LIKE WTF DON'T OPEN MY DOOR PSYCHO! If you want guests out at a certain time then change the check out time! The cleanliness and bed was enough for me to decide to stay one more night (it was my mental health escape I very much needed, so old furnishings for the high price didn't actually bother me), BUT as soon as they invaded my privacy that morning I changed my mind! I won't return unless this changes immediately...
Hotel was in a great location, clean sheets, towels and bathroom, with a decent bed that actually didn't hurt my back. Check in from 3pm. Free onsite parking with security cameras. Free wifi. Plus the usual cold air con, & coffee making stuff.

There is no where to eat outside of your room, we had someone open our door at 4am with a card lucky we had the chain on the door, no fresh towels we stayed 4 days and not once did we receive fresh towels or bedding. No clean cups, coffee mugs were left to wash yourself, communication when we tried to tell them what had happened, keys not working when arriving back to our room.

For the money it wasn't worth it sorry. We had a poxy little fridge half the size of a bar fridge that we had to turn off at night because of the noise and we could barely fit the stuff we bought with us in there!!. We had a half renovated bathroom with a crack in the glass that leaked all over the floor while showering. We only had 2 pillows. All other motels we have stayed at at least have 4. Just as well we decided to bring owe own!! There was no cutlery except 2 glass cups, 2 coffee cups and a teaspoon. We were left with 1 and a half toilet rolls for 2 days. They never asked if we would like our refreshments toppep up ( milk, coffee etc.) or a clean towel!! Not very good service at all. This motel needs a lot of TLC!!
