You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe apartment was a bit dark and dingy and wasn’t the same quality as the apartment in the booking photos appeared to be (I know the apartments are all different, but this one was not nearly as nice as the one shown in the photos). The location was a double-edged sword - it was convenient, but also noisy. We were there on Friday and Saturday nights and could hear music and street noise late into the night. Although we could see the water from our balcony, it mainly faced a parking garage across the road, and wasn’t really usable anyway due to the air conditioning units (however it was good for drying the washing!). The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped.
Convenient location close to the lagoon and esplanade. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

More convenient, easy excess to the shops and it is just a walk away from the esplanade. I would recommend Mantra Esplanade for any first timer who wants to visit Cairns . You will not be disappointed.

New ZealandNot having a Television in the bedroom as our daughter used the sofa bed in the main lounge area. So there was no other comfortable sofa to sit on in the main lounge area except the dining suite to watch television. The overcharge is a big deal for us as we were charged a different price than what was quoted on booking.com and we just couldn't find anyone to help after making lots of phone calls. We are still uncertain whom we are supposed to contact to discuss this.
Close to food and amenities. Nice having cooking and washing facilities. Wifi great. The staff were excellent except for the query on the account which is still not sorted. We would stay at here again.

AustraliaI actually really like that if you stay for a long period of time that you only get housekeeping every 8 days as that suits me. However, i booked for 1 week and then extend my stay to 15 nights and housekeeping wasn’t automatically arranged, i had to request it. I did speak with reception and they were lovely about it and organized it, but I kept waiting and they never came. I collected my own new sheets and made my own bed. This wasn’t really an issue for me to make my own bed except when I later thought about the price I am paying to stay there - disappointing. Despite this I loved this place and would certainly go back.

United KingdomThe fact that this is a tourist destination and not all tourists are Australian was being disappointed in never having any wifi during our entire stay. Every morning and evening we would inquire at reception and every time there was a negative response. Considering that simple little cafes and restuarants do not have a problem,surely it is time you invested in more up to date technology. Just as an aside, my wife was two days late in finding out her sister had died back home in Scotland because of this. Out of our 6 weeks in Aus, this was the only hotel/residence that could not supply us with WiFi. :
The situation was ideal, the hotel was clean, and the bedroom was fine,although not having it serviced daily was a bit disappointing considering the cost. The staff were helpful and friendly
