It was in a great location and a handy starting point to find your way around the CBD. The facilities were great and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious.

The 1st room we were given smelt mouldy, so we were given another straight away which was good.

Bed and couch were a bit hard. There wasn't enough cleaning products (e.g., dishwashing liquid, washing powder, etc.) in the apartment for the duration of the stay.

Room was exceptionally clean and smelled great when we walked in.

When I checked in I couldn’t use my husbands card for payment as the booking g was not in his name - we have two different surnames My room smelt mouldy I requested an upgrade to my booking twice so I’d have a better room The gym didn’t have any free weights which was disappointing

Finding a park to check in was a pain, after a handful of laps around the block we finally settled for paid parking, this did cost us an additional $18.00 for us to just jump out and check in (5 minutes max) - Not ideal but we do understand that this can be common in the city. We also had an issue with the washing machine/dryer door. The latch wouldn't function often resulting in our clothes getting stuck. However, we took this opportunity of waiting and stretching our arm muscles to have a few more tim-tams. Would have been great to have a couple of additional cleaning products/sachets while we were there rather than 1 of each. We like to keep the units clean and wash our clothes/dishes etc when we go away.

Love that there was onsite parking! was reasonably priced, also a big bonus that you can hand in your keys to front desk while departing and still have access to the garage, This allows the option of not having to find a park just to check out. The location was perfect, once the car was parked, we were close enough to everything we could walk. Queen street, just a block or two down the road, woolies also close by for those who like to stock up while they go away. We were on the 40th floor, stunning views and was a good treat for my mother who rarely gets to go on a little vacay.

Both special requests were met by the hotel with no issues, room was clean, tidy and spacious. Would recommend for a city stay or work related trip. no complaints at all.

Parking is difficult if you have a big SUV as most slots have low clearance. No parking instructions for check-in were provided and there is no parking on the busy road.

Central location. Comfy beds. All amenities provided. Nice staff. Secure covered onsite parking at extra charge.

The dyer could be replaced and it can be a pain only having 4 elevators for 40 floors. There is quite a large gap under the door which provides little to no sound proofing. Just listening to some music in the room and having a convo can be heard from the elevator.

Right in the middle of the CBD. Easy access to city shops and restaurants. Nice little balcony with views of the city. Bathroom was clean. The beds were firm but comfortable, also blackout curtains installed.

Only 2 black tea bags on arrival late in the evening; 4 would have been a good start; 2 then for breakfast. Unfortunately we had noisy people above us for a couple of our nights.

Excellent location, especially without a car. Great water pressure. Excellent WIFI. Very comfortable bed. Reception very helpful and provided everything we needed. Great air con. Fabulous views. Rooms spacious and modern.
