The Breakfast delivered to the room . We would have liked some fruit croissants lovely but on the day when eggs delivered they were hard . Would prefer to be able to cook own or eat at the restaurant fresh.

The room was very spacious, nice balcony and bath. Morning breakfast included..although you still will want to go out and have breakfast. There are plenary of great cafes on the mountain. Pethers is close to Gallery walk, wineries and restaurants. It’s great value for money and I would definitely stay again.

The location in the forest is private and peaceful. The spa bath in our room looked directly out to the trees.

Loved the room. Fireplace was amazing and so was the sunken bath. Peaceful. Staff were very nice. The room was enormous. Just wish we could have stayed longer

It was a beautiful place in a great location. Close to shops and cafes but you felt you were miles away in the rainforest. The accommodation had everything you needed plus more. It was very secluded and peaceful. You could here the birds and the kookaburras singing. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was great each morning. It's a great romantic getaway and we will return.

Minor things worth noting: Three light bulbs were out in our room and the hot water jug had a lot of calcium build up in it (small calcium rocks), easy enough to clean ourselves, though. Condensation can build a lot around the bathroom sink, even with the fan on and windows open, so don't leave your face cloth or sponge bag there as it may get wet. (This may vary depending on your room perhaps). It is worth noting that you'll have to sign into your own Netflix account if you want to watch it on the TV. Also remember to sign your account it out before leaving!

The rooms are massive, complete with huge windows looking into the rainforest and one of the best spa baths we've been to. There is a shower large enough for couples to share. The warm burner heating was great for those cooler romantic nights. Air conditioning is available also. The 8:30am delivered breakfast baskets are a great way to start the day. Staff are friendly and professional. Be sure to check their own website and contact the retreat directly for romance packages for your special other such as in-room 60 minute massage, lit candles, rose petals, prepared bubble spa and other nice surprises. Ensure that you get a quote of the romance packages via email as you will pay this at the end of your stay and you want to know what to expect.

Nothing but the only disappointment was the restaurant wasn’t opened on the nights we stayed. But the owners did ask the other guests if they would book but we couldn’t get enough people to open. But look forward to it next time

Location was close to town but each room totally private in the rainforest. Beds were comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and really large just like photos the fireplace was on to warm the room. Spa bath was awesome with a nice view. Added bonus was the breakfast basket delivered each morning.would definitely stay again

We weren't advised prior to arrival or at check in that there were construction works occurring at the retreat and that workers would be on site and starting construction works/using power tools from 7:30am each morning through until the early afternoon at one of the neighboring 'Tree Houses'. No discount or compensation was made for the disruption to our stay. Definitely check on the construction status prior to booking.

Rooms were clean and the bed is very comfortable. We loved the fire place and the spa - definitely the highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful when we approached them for information. The breakfast basket each morning were a nice touch and the food was fresh and varied each day.

Nothing that we did not like. We can appreciate that through COVID bookings may have suffered, hence why some facilities were not in full working order (e.g. spa function on bathtub & ironing board issue - as listed above).

Loved the big bathtub with a view (though spa function did not work). Fire place was lovely. Bed comfortable & fresh sheets. Stunning view. Ironing board collapsed (rusted through underneath). Would have loved to have been able to dine in the dining room (understand closed for renovations). Staff friendly & helpful in suggesting alternative dining options.

Everything. Myself and my partner stayed July 4 to 8 .The staff were amazing and tree house absolutely beautiful. We fell in love with the place. We are already planning our next trip back. The restaurant is stunning.
