Free shuttle service offered and the hotel have supermarkets both Woolworth and Aldi nearby. The room is clean and located on ground floor.

The entrance to the room off of parking area was a bit drab. We couldn't open the curtains at the window because people walked by and could look into the room, thus the room was a bit claustrophobic.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and rooms small but about expected for the low price of our stay.

The staff are all absolutely wonderful and always happy to help. They asked us about our plans and engaged in conversation. I wasn't aware of the buffet breakfast before we went but for $25 it was well worth the money with continental and hot food available. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport was also much appreciated.

The building is poorly soundprolfed and we could our neighbours talking very loudly until midnight.

I didn’t realise there were no lifts so I had to pull my suitcase up and down a flight of stairs

The on site restaurants PKs had amazing food! I had the porterhouse steak the first night and the barramundi the second night and both meals were very good and fantastic value for money.

Damage to my car!!!! First time it’s happened in about 7-8yrs using this place regularly but was disappointed by responses or lack of response to what happened Broken phone holder I mean completely broken snapped off (cost $70) offered a $30 compensation without even talking or discussing it with me. Damage to my tyre and wheel haven’t offered any compensation or discussion about it. Really upset me as my car is a rare car now and in excellent condition before this happened. Pretty disappointed that they didn’t ring to speak to me to work it out but refused it happened so gave me $30 credit which proves not only do they know it did they actually do not care at all. I’ve spent absolutely thousands staying here over the years many many times unfortunately because the lack of respect or responsibility here I’ll now go elsewhere considering we discussed with manager on duty on return and I called later to speak about phone holder and wheel on passenger side. There was absolutely no way this was like this when we left our car here absolutely damaged while we were away. Really lousy management position not to care or attempt to speak to us compensation was inadequate for what was damaged to be replaced or fixed a sum of $30 doesn’t even replace the model of phone holder we had that was a top of the range one or nowhere near fixes damage to wheel these tyres are less than 6 months on the car and rarely driven vehicle.

Close to the airport Free shuttle bus picked me up after midnight. Arrived at the hotel after a couple of minutes drive. Smooth check in. Room was comfortable. Just around the corner- easy walking distance - from Apex car rental from where I had arranged to pick up a car next morning.

The smell in the room makes us feel uncomfortable at first. We need around 15 minutes to get rid of it by turning on the air con. and opening the door.

The staff are friendly and helpful. You should pay a stay at Quality hotel and we definitely choose it for our next visit to Melbourne.
