We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

location was great, the Room was a bit small as I asked for an executive 2 bedroom apartment. We stayed in the city as it was a special occassion. the bed was comfortable but when I pulled off the sheets as I always do to help the topper was stained along with the pillow. I always take my own pillow

AustraliaI've only given this property 9 stars because there was the smell coming from the garbage shute which was located right beside the apartment. The smell was so bad you could smell it as soon as you came out of the lift. It might be worth putting some kind of deodoriser in there. The other thing is that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy.
We booked the Quest 3 bedroom apartment for wedding preparations. The apartment was big enough for the five of us and spacious enough for the makeup artist and hairdresser to get us ready. The spacious balcony was great and although it was fairly noisy with the surrounding apartments and work being carried out on the cross-river rail, the partial views of the river and the Story Bridge were lovely, and with the balcony doors closed it was pretty sound proof.

AustraliaThe bathrooms seemed outdated and there was water damage in the ensuite. When checking in, I was shocked with the deposit amount. That wasn’t made known to me prior. Also, I booked an additional car park the week leading up to check in and on arrival was told that was not an option and had to park 2 streets away in a paid parking facility.
The location was great. The apartment was lovely. Nice layout and spacious.

Australiathe rug was very dirty, and needs thrown out as it is worn out. room 1 master was locked, understand that i was only paying for 1 room, but room 2 is not what i was paying for, bed against a wall and under a window, with no headboard, not a good look. Luckly the staff took a look and opened room 1, that was acceptable for over 250 a night accommodation. There are marks over every wall, and this place needs a paint, you also need new blinds, and the existing ones are not in great shape.

Great location, perfect walking distance and very central location. Apartment was a great size, comfy and very quiet. Two split systems in the apartment also which was impressive and kept the place lovely and cool. The ability to purchase a late 6pm checkout was also adventageous! Highly recommend.
