WIFI was really disappointing. Arrived Sat arvo and no wifi; code on my slip of paper didn't work. Tried umpteen times; so that is incredibly frustrating at the start of the holiday. I didn't phone anyone as I felt it was unfair to call up IT on the weekend. However, then the Wifi dropped out for the last day and a half of our stay. So what is going on? That is really poor in a city like Gold Coast.

Location is marvellous, all staff are/were terrific, access to beach and pool area just gorgeous. Checking in after hours was awful, in that there was NO info on the printed material re luggage trolley. We parked outside the foyer at the front to unload, then had to lug it all upstairs. YUK. It wasn't until after we parked in the basement, that we saw trolleys there. The other problem is the "map" of the car park. We had no idea how to interpret it until we realised there was only ONE carpark but that it had 3 sections. (Surely you could name the 3 sections better than A,B,C when you are also using the alphabet for the rooms). Other guests (even one family who were return guests) also complained about the car park info. Signage re the car park and in the carpark is pretty dreadful and it is really not safe for the first time you try to drive in down the ramp. You don't see the "wrong side" markings till you are right there at the top and we were unlucky enough to encounter a car coming straight at us! In the carpark, several car spaces are not numbered and the signage for the lift is hard to find (even return guests said they had forgotten it). Our unit could have been more thoroughly checked - but that is probably individual owners. Bedroom main light didn't work, couldn't close the window in the 2nd bedroom at all nor could I close the curtains because of the way the bed was positioned hard against the wall. Main oven (not microwave) was extremely difficult to work out and there appeared to be no guidelines, no hand towels or pot holders (etc) so getting food in and out of oven, when hot, was difficult. On the day we arrived there were small marks/smears on the glass dining room table as well as one of the large glass doors. And some little areas (corners near windows) were pretty grubby, not having been wiped out. You have a wonderful site, and we did enjoy our time.

Some of the furniture was damaged and some bedding falling apart and spare room was extremely hot with no ventilation at all.

Pool was beautiful, directly fronts onto a really nice beach, amazing views from the apartment living room and balcony. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment. Apartment was clean, modern with a very large kitchen/living room as it looks to have been made by joining two 2 bedroom apartments together.

Had difficulty opening the sliding doors and windows. WD40 may have helped. I felt the rollers on some of the sliding doors required attention to run more smoothly.

We felt that the unit could have had a deep clean. there was dust on a lot of services, dirty marks in the fridge that could have easily been wiped away, empty shampoo/cond bottles in a cupboard and the welcome basket could be much better.

the facilities were outstanding, great pool area, great water temperature, central, great cafe 5 mins walk down the beach.

Walking through the garage to re-enter after the beach or with a bike, I'm assuming this is to keep mess at a minimum. I think there could be a better solution in place.

I really like the reception team, small things like remembering my name and calling me by it when we would talk was a great touch. sleeping with the doors balcony doors open and the sound of the beach. The general cleanliness

We didn't receive any literature that would provide what the resort had available. This includes the room facilities as well as the resort on a whole, I did attend reception to enquire about accessing activities as well as to how to dispose of waste. A member of our family managed to discover the games room without direction.

The apartment was mean't to be a superior apartment but was not up to date at all. The furniture was shabby particularly the lounge. The double bed was uncomfortable. The apartment was supposed to have been renovated but it must have been a very long time ago. Could do with another update as well as furniture update.

Fantastic view to the pool and the ocean as well as the river inlet. Loved sitting out on the balcony watching the ocean for hours

couldn't get the tv in the lounge operating, the floor waste in the showers should be cleaned out regularly so you can save the expense of a plumber. the sliding door in the lounge needs Maintenace as it hard to slide probably needs new wheels

Beautifull loogan pool surrounded with palm trees, cool atmosphere, nice view looking towards the ocean over a white sandy beach plenty of room for kid to play in the grounds and out side on the beach or on the grassed strip in between.

We had to pay quite a lot to get a room with air conditioning but it was in a place on the wall that did not cool the whole room, and two windows were locked open. There was no starter pack e.g salt/pepper, tea or coffee.

The pool area was lovely and very child friendly. Both pool and spa were a perfect temperature. There was enough seating around the pool and shade at all times of the day. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, cutlery (including some especially for the BBQ are) and cooking utensils. The view from our room was lovely and there was easy access to the beach.

Dishwasher not working (new one came after a few days, all windows bolted up in bedroom, air-conditioning no good in bedrooms,,portable one unusable. Kitchen was over equipped to much stuff not needed.

Location, staff friendly, facilities good. BBQ area round pool and spa very nice. Penthouse apartment was large, cleanand comfortable but for the price we paid some changes need to be made and checked next time before guests arrive.

Parking wasn’t great. Garage would only fit a tiny car. Had to move our car twice to parking during stay.

Room was good. Great kitchen, had everything we needed. Pool was fantastic and access to the beach so convenient. So close to shops, easy walk.
