Everything was perfect!

We had the most wonderful stay with our friends visiting from the UK and their baby. Sam went above and beyond with nice touches, including sending thorough instructions and setting up a baby bed and bath. Somehow, the images don’t do the property justice. It was even more beautiful in real life and the nature and wildlife is beautiful. The house has everything you need and is such a great location. Highly recommend for those visiting or just need a relaxing weekend away all year round!

Nothing it was exceptional

This house was spectacular. Think more than home from home - more like what you would like your home to be! We really loved the separate living spaces, the spacious kitchen, the balcony and the outdoor eating area. The visiting birds were a bonus too!

A few minor repairs needed to be done. The security camera on the deck was a bit off putting.

We loved the location of this home backing on to the parkland and with its expansive beautiful garden and fantastic view of the bay. The house was very spacious and kitchen extremely well equipped.

Clean, bright, well considered spaces. I loved sitting by the window and reading whilst I listened to pobble bonks and bronze wings croaking and hooting. Enough space to spread out and relax between 3 couples, who really needed some R&R. Sam, our host, was attentive, kind, thorough, and thankful. The kitchen we loved! That oven! We cooked up some feasts, and the kitchen has all the essentials and more. I hope to come back with warmer weather and enjoy the outdoor amenities.

Not much to say here. We followed owners' instruction for the coffee machine, but it still didn't work. At the end we informed her about it and she was very apologetic. No big deal! I am sure by now she has already replaced it with a new one! :-)

Little surprises...nice scent, lovely calming books, simple but elegant furnishing, lovely earthy colour combinations, nice views, house sat in nature and was tranquil and it was nice to see sunrise over the bay. I liked the fact the house sat on a hill. The rooms were nice. Big kitchen and it was fully equipped. Laundry was fully equipped. The two decks were nicely furnished as well. It was pet friendly, but we didn't have a pet with us. Parking was easy. The gardens were pretty with lovely flowers.

The WIFI internet was unavailable after Monday night so we had to use our personal hotspot on our phones to our ipads & laptops, no internet to tv. our friends thought a Queen size bed would have been nice.

It was well appointed &the garden &bird life,the view & the central location to travel the Pennisula.

There were no small waste baskets in the bathrooms and no alternative coffee options for those who didn't know how to use a coffee machine.

The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable. The backyard was nice to take a walk in and it was close to everything.

Absolutely stunning house with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful furnishings, private, peaceful and secure. One of only a few properties with undercover parking. Sam was also amazing allowing an early check in. I hardly left the property during my stay. Will book again it's my special place now. Thank you Sam for a wonderful getaway ❤️

The instruction and manual were written in the email. It would be nicer to present in pdf with the proper instruction style. Wifi password and instructions were not sent till I requested. It would be nice to leave the house manual in the house including wifi details too. Also the instructions how to find the house and key should be sent 2 days prior to the trip. It’s hard to find the time to read long instructions one day prior to the trip as people are so busy packing for the trip. Otherwise owner was so kind and helpful.

It was stunning! The house decorated beautifully with beach vibe and all interiors were very nice. It’s actually much nicer than the photos on the listing so it was a great surprise! Beds are so comfortable. Master bedroom has a stunning ocean view which was so beautiful. Location is great so close to Arthur’s Eagle and beach in Dromana.
