Lift didn’t work, on arrival was told it would be fixed that day. Checked out 2 days later and still not working. Difficult when you have a pram and small children.

Property is a little tired. Clothes dryer did not work properly. Pool looks like it can use some maintenance.

The lift was out of order & the main room (spa) bath wasn't functioning.

The location was perfect. The staff were helpful & friendly. The apartment was big enough for our family & had everything we could've possibly needed for our week stay.

The ceiling light in the master walk in robe didn't work.

The laundry drying rack was of good quality. The view of the water was narrow but very pleasant.

Unit was smaller than expected & lounge uncomfortable. With concertina doors on bedrooms it was like sleeling in a cupboard!

It was just a bit too far from restaurants and beach ect. It was also a bit old, however it was clean and there appeared to be new furniture (although a bit cheap and not that comfortable in our case). The pool was quite old and was not appealing looking down from the balcony, although it was ok once down there. Prices of accommodation are ridiculous at the moment, so this was cheaper compared to some, but still expected more for almost $300 per night. Have stayed at the BreakFree up the road which is about the same price and it is much nicer and closer to everything.

The pool was good, with both cold and heated options, and the spa was lovely and hot. The pool was a bit old and in need of some repairs though. The rooms were quite spacious,and parking was easy.

Dishwasher powder became stuck in receptacle container. Dishwasher might needs maintenance check. Second bedroom does not have an air conditioner.

Beautiful absolute water view 24 hours a day and a balcony. Spacious living space and main bedroom. Ensuite in both bedrooms. All available appliances. Wonderful swimming pools and heated spa. Staff helpful and friendly.

They didn’t get the previous payment in advance. They called me 3h before our check-in asking for the deposit and we had to pay the rest as soon as we checked in. I think they could have done only one transaction, to make things easier.

Heated pool and spa were a plus since it was windy. The size of the apartment was also a plus, since we’re in 4 adults and one kid.

Overlooking the pool area is lovely and I am sure pool water very clean but the bottom of the pools looked dirty.

There was nothing really to fault, apart from the pillows being too thick. Front car park was a little too tight when checking into reception.

The resort was very close to nearby beaches, cafes & shops. Our room was very clean & quiet. Lift access made it easy to carry our bags to the 4th floor.

That there was no allocated parking for our particular room - we had to park out the front and take our chances that there was room available when we return at night!!

It was clean and the location was perfect for our visit to the area.

Elevators need to not be so slow and they drop/recalibrate so much that they need maintenance. Aircon is an issue, especially elevators and guest rooms. Main room and living room, would have one aircon each to do a 3 bed unit, it wasn’t enough. And the heated pool wasn’t working when we were there

Super close to everything, within walking distance of beach, pubs, shops, markets and so much more! Our room was even better then expected

Didn't like the fact that we had to park outside even though the underground car park was never full the whole time we were there. Felt that we were treated differently because we didn't book direct.

Loved the location. Close to shops and restaurants.
