The heated out door pool was not warm enough for swimming in August which was a bit disappointing but the outdoor spa was lovely.

Great location with amazing views. We booked a waterfront apartment. This was our second stay and we highly recommend. Lovely walk to Kings Beach on good path. Close to cafes and restaurants.

Would have been nice to have side tables to put things on next to the bed. And the one sink in the bathroom was okay but would have been good to have a sink at the kitchenette and a mirror in the robe so two can get ready at the same time. Not a major deal but thought to mention.

Easy access - it was just a night stay and it was good for the stopover. Wish we could have stayed longer and had a swim!

The acoustics weren’t great. We could hear our neighbours often - but it was teenage boys so we might have just got unlucky. The bathroom needs better exhaust fans - fear that it probably gets mouldy quickly. Would be great if they invested in pump liquid soap rather than cake soap, and it was missing those little touches of mini moisturisers etc. We went in the hot tub spa - I feel like it could have been 5 degrees hotter

Location was perfect. So close to the waterfront and esplanade. Coffee shop very close and take away food outlets. And shopping centre close as well. There was ample parking which was good. The room was very big and had heating and cooling and we could see the water from our balcony - just! The fact that the TV had full foxtel coverage was amazing as we were able to watch the AFL footy.

The heated pool and spa were great for the kids in winter. Great location, short walk to cafes and restaurants.

The position of the apartment was near the front reception and the managers apartment. The apartment walls appeared not to been sound proofed, so there was no chance for sleep ins, unfortunately. No coat-hangers in any room nor drawers to put clothes away. I personally like to hang my clothes and put away instead of living out of a suitcase. A few entertaining bowls and platters would be a suggestion. The outdoor area table needs an update.

The location of the property is wonderful and the outlook from our ground floor apartment (#2) was superb. Everything was in easy walking distance to the pier, beach, cafes and shops. The apartment had been renovated tastefully. The staff were very friendly.

The room needed baking trays or something to use in the oven... the room had about 9 pots and pans which was odd.

Stayed in ocean view apartment and views across Pumicestone Passage were stunning. Well appointed apartment with everything you needed to comfortably self-cater. Walking distance to restaurants alone Bulcock Beach as well as Caloundra Shopping Centre.

Pokey shower over bath. Difficult for older person to get in and out of. Sliding door out to pool - the lock was VERY difficult to open. It was worn.

Apartment 6a was great - direct access to the pool area. Location is great, easy access, kitchen (was fully stocked with EVERYTHING needed), bedroom & bed very comfortable, lounge & TV - great. We had a circuit breaker trip - response was excellent.

My only recommendation here would be, is I booked a 'partial seaview', however, where the unit was located which was bottom floor right at the back, it should be called 'pool view'.

We travel to the Sunshine Coast for sports at least four times a year. It's important for me when traveling with kids that I can just walk in and everything be easy and available. Watermark was exactly that for us. Fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants, facilities are great, it is winter so we didn't get to enjoy the pools. Rooms/beds were comfortable, just the entire setup of the unit.

Unit 14 needs to replace small couch as springs are broken 🙌. Otherwise everything that you need .

Great location walking distance to most things..very comfortable apartment. Very clean and kitchen was well supplied with utilities etc. The managers were wonderful to deal with..very responsive with small issue which was resolved very quickly
