Room and structure old and shabby. Never renovated since construction, at least 50 years ago! My room was not redone after the first night (in a 4 stars hotel for more than € 70,00 a night). Regular breakfast with very low quality food.

If u renting this hotel just know u re renting a 1 or 2 star hotel, the rooms re very old, the air condition re old model and makes noise, they ve this old 1998 television, the bathroom looks very old and has a strange smell, I didnt feel I was on vacation with this hotel, they need a total renovation in this hotel

Actually its very old rooms, in our room everything was broken! The lamps and the plugs, the tap in the toilet, the air conditioning, the windows, everything was in a very poor condition!! Toilet smells very bad! We unfortunately stayed 4 days at this hotel, we had to change the room 2am because of 3 huge cockroaches in the room! My kids cried! The first room was in the 10th floor and then we changed to the 8th floor in our second night and both rooms were exactly with the same problems!! Stinky, taps and lamps broken, windows and air conditioning in a very poor condition! They told me they clean the room ONCE A WEEK 😨 I had a very bad time at this hotel, couldn’t sleep because of the AC doesn’t work properly, because of the smells and cockroaches! And if you take a water in the fridge they charge you 3x the worth of the water! Very expensive!

Location is good. Staffs are very friendly can’t complain about them. But thats it!

The staff were very greedy looking for money for every little thing, we even had to pay for luggage storage before we got our flight. We also requested over the phone to have our dates changed to be put a day forward which was supposed to ok but when we got to the hotel they tried to charge us €270 to change it. The breakfast, pool and gym are also terrible

The room smelled and wasn’t clean. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and was too noisy. The breakfast was not good, it wasn’t worth the money.

The pool on the roof was the only good thing.

My shoes got stolen in the lobby as the room was ready by 3pm and the staff didn’t allow us to store our luggage at reception and no one cared the staff did not even check cameras and just said this is Rio!

The rooms were dirty. The TV didn't hardly work and was very old. The bathroom had a old broken boudoir. Paint was missing from the doors.On entry they said they would give us a nice room. Lol 😆

What a mess. Like a Time Capsule from the 60’s. Ugly decoration, grubby old and exhausted lifts, common parts, rooms, the pool looked toxic, and in a hideous part of copa.

It had availability. Staff were friendly and multi lingual. Breakfast was abundant.

The room had a decent size and was ok.However, the bidet was leaking with a terrible noise and the all day. The breakfast hadnt many options and the restaurant with dirt floor.

View from the swimming pool was amazing and also the location as it is walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants.

Hotel charge R$ 30.00 to keep costumers luggage even if for 1 hour. At check-in you need to fill-up paperwork manually before continuing to your final check-in. At breakfast to keep coffee hot they put the coffee pot over a gas burning device causing the coffee to taste terrible. They do the same to the milk pot. Their juices are all artificial.

Room was larger than I was expecting. Room was clean and in a great location near restaurants and close walking distance from beaches. Breakfast was very good. Front desk personnel were very nice. In general hotel was very good. I recommend.

Dishonesty amoung the staff.

Left my charger and battery pack in the room. I checked out and one hour later went back to get it. Front desk said it wasnt in the room. It was in the room but obviously a staff member took it. Not worth much but i really needed it for my phone.

First of all be aware that they take the money in advance for you not to be able to complain and have your money back. 1- It all started with charging just for asking for cutlery ( spoons and forks ) they charge you for that. 2- smelly rooms, bad structures with moll that you can feel it easily and It will be inconvenient for whom has problem breathing. 3- room services aren't working cause the phone isn't working all the time, try to call their number register here or on Google maps. 4- breakfast of 3 days ago was being used over and over again. 5- elevators never working.
