They don't offer hand towels in the rooms, which is pretty odd.

The best location in town, a few steps from the main square & Teatro Amazonas. The breakfast also stood out - way better than the average Ibis offer. Lovely staff.

The restaurant only works in some hours and they don’t have room services.

This hotel is really functional for you stance in Manaos. Everything’s work fine, the breakfast is really good and the Internet works perfectly if you’re working remotely. The ubication is perfect because you’re near to the Teatro Amazonas, the center, the main market and the port to get touristic activities.

This has to do with the construction of the building. As the rooms, toilet, shower are not too large (which was fine with us), the location of the toilet of room 221 was quite unpractical. Between the flush water container and the wall was about 6 cm of space lost, which made this little room even more unpractical. With another type of toilet more space would have been safed.

Above all I would like to inform you that our cleaning lady (camareira) Vitoria, did an excellent job. she attended us well, was kind and helpful. Our thanks to her!

The location was terrific - all the sights were walkable. The room with two twin beds was a bit small, but otherwise fine.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was very small. Hallways were often dirty. The bathroom is tiny and the shower sprays in all directions. No extra roll of toilet paper was left in the room, we had to go to reception to get more. Breakfast is expensive and disappointing.

Location. When we needed maintenance, the staff went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. When the power went out in the city, the hotel's generator was able to maintain us still comfortable.

It didn’t feel like an “Ibis Styles” - in fact it felt much more run-down than an Ibis. Smelt weird. We stayed at the regular Ibis in Manaus on our way back, which was far nicer.

The member of staff who served us was absolutely lovely. We were putting our heads down for the night before being picked up and going to a jungle lodge, so the hotel served that purpose.

Not all showers are good, reception air conditioning is brutal, too cold and unpleasant, breakfast too expensive and do not offer local experience, and last, we asked to stay 2 hours more in our room, that was not booked to anyone else, after 3 night stay, and they mentioned we had to pay for it. Courtesy is appreciated and Ibis staff is very locked inside a set of rules.

I left my very expensive hat there by accident and called that very same day to retrieve it and they denied even seeing it. they stole it. this had was a $200.00 hat (USD).

Dirty No soup Electricity just from 6 pm to 6 am It means that at 8:00 am You did not have and electricity or cooler But kind staff and helpful

Anaconda lodge does not have enough facilities. It was tough staying there unless you like the difficulty of jungles.

No free filtered water available - we were directed to buy small cans of water for $R9 each! The hotel were unwilling to store our bags whilst we went to the Amazon for 36 hours. Most people staying in the hotel will be using it for this type of trip, and all other hotels in the area offer this service, so it was a big surprise to us that this was not available Breakfast was poor
