I can't think of anything. We had an amazing experience and I will always remember this wonderful holiday.

We had an amazing holiday! The hotel's pool is amazing! There is a bar that you can enjoy your drink siting in a stool inside the pool. There are different activities every day, both for adults and kids. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. The hotel provides chairs and umbrellas right in front of the beach so it's easy to enjoy it with a good structure in place. The food (breakfast and dinner) are AMAZING! Lots of options and the fresh made tapioca during breakfast is a blast. Room was very comfortable and AC was silent. Perfect to rest and recharge. The hotel is filled with flowers, game areas, music, delicious drinks. I'd go back there again for sure.

Poor internet. Poor beer option, only longneck and to expensive. Wrong itens assigned to my room (keep an eye on it during the check-out). Not enough sunshade at the beach for all guests. If you want to guarantee yours you need to go to the beach around 7:30 - 7:45 AM.

I had a problem on the air conditioner, but the hotel did offer us to move to a better room. We preferred to wait for the AC to be fixed. They fixed and it broke one more time. The drinks were also very expensive making it worthy to buy drinks outside. I'm sure they would make more money if prices were more reasonable.

The food was great, the environment was humble but very friendly and the staff was super friendly.

There are just a few sunbeds/parasols, not enough for the amount of guests they have. I had to try for three days to get a place where to seat, and just got one because went to talk to the manager. They don’t have clear rules about the usage of the sunbeds, so people would just go there in the morning, leave some towels on the chairs to “save” their place and go do whatever else they want. Most of the time there was no people there just the towels, and we could not use it. Very bad managed this area.

Nice and tasty breakfast and Dinner included. The hotel is lovely, just in front of the beach and very near to Barra Grande and Antunes beaches. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The hotel is very nice for families. My daughter enjoyed a lot the swimming pool area, the playground and the beach in front of the hotel. The restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend.

Excellent ubication, nice beach, nice swimming pools, the staff is wide and very helpful, plenty of activities in the hotel, the meals are great (breakfast and dinner). Nothing to complaint.

The wi-fi is slow and is completely open to anyone, so if you need it for anything secure (i.e. accessing your bank or something), I'd recommend a good VPN. However, the pool area and beach tours are reason enough to not stay in your room or using the wifi :) Room service was also a bit slow, but nothing terrible.

I liked the breakfast, lunch and dinner. From the reviews I've read about this hotel, it looked like it would have incredibly crappy food, but I actually found it to be the complete opposite. The lunch menu prices were in the higher end, but the food was worth it.

Noone in the hotel speaks English or Spanish. It is dificult to get any information, people do not even try to help, especially the ladies in the reception.

Very disappointed. I booked a "luxury" room with a side view of the sea, but to be able to see the sea I practically had to lean out on the balcony!  I could only see coconut trees when I stepped out onto the porch and they obstructed most part of the sea view. The dinner buffet was tasteless. If you are hoping to find some quality seafood considering you're in a coastal city, go somewhere else. When there were seafood dishes they were badly seasoned and quite unpleasant to eat. If I could have booked the room without the dinner, I might have had a better experience. Acceptable breakfast, but worse than several inns and hotels I've been to in the northeast. The people who clean the rooms don't wear  masks, even if throughout the hotel you see signs that mandate the use of those inside the closed spaces.

The only highlight of the stay, is the beach, which is in my opinion the most beautiful between São José da Coroa Grande and Maragogi.  Prettier than Antunes! The color is a kind of baby blue amazing to look at and the water temperature is warm. You can sit near the sea by the shade of a beach umbrella, on chairs or recliners,  and order drinks and snacks that the waiters will bring to you while you're lounging.

Friday night 6/26 a black male chef intentionally was rubbing his hands on girls butts while they were in the buffet line. He is a pervert and it was sickening to watch. I watched him do it to multiple women including my fiance.

The rooms are very nice if you get the best kind. They are big and clean.
