We had a car so easy to get around plus bonus parking space at a cost. Breakfast was very good and room size too.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, I wish we couldve stayed longer! I liked the touches of the bathroom toiletries. The breakfast was lovely and we made use of the lounge / breakfast area again and enjoyed a cup of coffee and tea.

Simply lovely experience at the Manoir Sherbrooke. The hotel has the right combination of charm, comfort, and value. The staff/hosts were excellent and more than accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the fresh pot of coffee available when I was up at 5:30. The area is safe and convenient to other parts of downtown with ample restaurants and cafes nearby (with a great neighborhood bar, Else’s, just down the street). Would recommend this hotel and will try to stay again next time I am in Montreal.

Wonderful antique furnishings. A beautiful building kept in immaculate condition. The ornate carved wood of stairs and dining rooms was impressive showing skills of 18c Very close to art museums and down the hill to vibrant plaza , food hall etc Breakfast was delicious and service delightful. Staff at desk very pleasant.

Very good Breakfast in the living room ; I missed something salty as cheese for instance . One can enjoy free coffee and tea all the time and use the room downstairs with excelent Wifi;one feels at home.

Our room was in the half basement and the stairs and hallway to get there were steep and narrow.

The property is well located near St-Laurent and right on Sherbrooke. It’s a quaint older building with high ceilings and it’s very clean, well appointed and decorated. The common space/breakfast room was available 24/7, as was the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very pleasant.

Hard to charge phone at night, beside plugs seem to only work with lights on? A little more comfy bed would make this a great spot.

Parking was a hassle, but they did have a 15 minute parking spot for unloading and picking up. If you got lucky you got a parking spot on the side street. Worth driving down and checking for a spot.

Wonderful historic charm with everything you need. Staff was very attentive and went beyond to make our stay so lovely. Breakfast was awesome too. Products in bathrooms were exceptional. Great place!

The bed was hard . Absolutely impossible to find parking but did the impossible for $18 more than 1 kilometers away. Yay still okay if you are a walker. The heater didn’t work at all in our room. Made for nice cold sleeping though.

The location is great. Staff so nice. The room was great and the renovated bathroom was the best. Water pressure was great. The breakfast is terrific. Atmosphere is really terrific. Great value!

Floors were squeaky. Hoping they didn't bother people below. Parking was difficult, although it was nice to have a designated drop off spot.

Carol at reception was excellent. Very welcoming and provided good information. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of pastries. Having wine in the lobby for purchase was a plus! Location was good too!

I don’t mind walking up and down 3 flight for stairs, but it was difficult when carrying luggages.

We were asked at the breakfast whether we would request cleaning. We confirmed that we would. After returning to the hotel in the evening, it turned out that no one had cleaned the room and the towels were not changed. We didn’t put the sign requesting the cleaning because we were asked about it by the staff. What’s the point of asking then and misleading the guests. It was a pity as the stay was really pleasant otherwise. But it would have been nicer to go back to a cleaned room.

The room was very clean, the jacuzzi was a great bonus. The staff was incredibly polite. The location was very central.
