We would have preferred a breakfast buffet iso a la carte + service at breakfast was not fully ok. Bathroom is a bit dated.

Location of the hotel is really ideal to enjoy the must-sees and must-does of Vancouver. The room is very ok.

It was clear after a day or two that they have multiple different Nespresso coffee machines. This was a problem for getting housekeeping to provide more coffee in pods that fit our machine.

Everything was good for our stay in Vancouver.

We had a room on the 18th floor with a great view of the city. The location was very handy to St. Paul's hospital, shopping and some very good restaurants. The suit we had had every thing we needed for our stay in Vancouver,

There were 3 of us but only 2 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. We clearly booked a room for 3 adults. I was told the beds were queen size but they weren't. They were doubles

The sheets were papery, not thin but felt like paper! It was an interesting texture, however the towels were super soft! The water in the shower went from scalding hot to freezing and luke warm in between without touching the taps. Made it difficult to shower. The front desk said they would have maintenance look at it as that should not be happening.

The room was large, full kitchen including an oven, decent beds, good view. Having a full kitchen is helpful for a longer stay. The cafe at the hotel is a bonus with a variety of breakfast, snack and lunch items. The hotel itself is clean and has fast elevators. The staff are friendly and helpful. $10 gift card to the cafe for not requiring housekeeping is a good idea.

It says it has a Spa but it’s far from a Spa. It’s a pool in a dingy basement which is totally unwelcoming and for this reason we didn’t use it. I’d have never gone on my own for sure.

It was lovely to wake up, make breakfast in our mini kitchen, and enjoy it overlooking a beautiful view. The amply sized room included an office space and couch area. The pool was a perfect temperature.

It was minor things for us...the bed was low and hard..so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep as every movement woke the other person, and we couldn't get comfortable for long. A garbage can other than the one in the bathroom would also be a plus as there was garbage from drinks, and snacks, packaging, so the one garbage filled quickly.

The room was spacious, and even came with a kitchenette. The hotel and room was clean, staff were friendly, and the room was turned over daily. There was ample space to charge phones and other devices, and we had a great view. The location was also excellent for transportation.

The hotel has been renovated. The only problem is that, in my opinion, the renovation didn't go far enough. For example, the bathroom remained old and small and without any ventilation. The kitchen, albeit functional, is also old.

Good location. The room we stayed at was big and was renovated. If you refuse housekeeping, the hotel provides a voucher for $10 to be used in the cafeteria downstairs, just make sure to hang the sign before 2am! The cafeteria is actually very good and with reasonable prices. Keep in mind, though, that not all rooms are renovated. If you prefer to buy something to eat in the room, there is an IGA store nearby.

The only problem I had with the hotel was the bathtub was not draining well. Other than that, everything was great. But the price was still a little pricey.

I had breakfast at the hotel. It was fantastic. I've been to a couple of places for breakfast during my stay in Vancouver and one I had in this hotel was the best!
