It would have been nice to have a comfy chair to sit in, and possibly an outdoor chair.

My credit card was declined on online booking due to it being a local bank and Roy was very helpful in reaching out so that I could provide a 2nd form of payment. The new rooms in the back are nicer which was a pleasant surprise.

This is a very basic place to stay and really could do with upgrading. But for a one to three night stay it is adequate

The location is lovely, shops down the road and a great coffee place. Nice residential area. Quiet and simple with friendly staff.

Bathroom was very cold and the whole room was very bright early in the morning even with the blinds closed.

Easy access off route 20. Lots of choices for shopping and eating near chalet. Super friendly staff and very helpful.

Bathroom and shower were small. Having a physical key was a bit old school but totally fine.

Rooms were very clean and spacious! Easy check in process and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be staying there again! Great price for location.

Didn’t sleep all night because the room heater was much too loud which was my main complaint.. Not enough soap.

A musty smell - possibly damp in the chalet?

Friendliness: The owner was very attentive, calling about the booking beforehand and again to make sure that we would be able to get into our chalet when we arrived very late.

there was a few guys next door that were drunk. in the morning my wife went to start the car and one of the guys told her to come to their room.

The heater was very loud and kept waking us up each time it would start. Not enough pillows. It had a double bed but only 3 pillows in the room

I called owner to advise that my check in was delayed until late evening. No problem , they left keys for my arrival with paper copy of invoice, which I appreciate. Since I departed early next morning. Cozy, clean well managed family business. Ideal for couples with young kids.

Ecelent location for any early morning get away from the Montreal area going west. The motel is fairly basic but adequate for a short stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The nearby pub serves decent food.

There was some musty door in the bathroom!

We have gone to the Chalet Beaconsfield on number of occasions related to events at McGills's McDonald College. The location is excellent and it is very quiet.

Room was clean, but comforter and pillows are very old and look it. I wish there was a better way to lock the door.

The second time a two bed facility was not available and we were located in the one bed unit close to the main street. A very nice unit also but the amount of light coming into the room from street lighting was a little too much. A small thing but perhaps some more effective blinds on the windows would solve that.

We stayed on two occasions as we travelled to and from eastern Canada. The first occasion we were in a two bedroom unit at the far end of the complex. Ideal for us.

Would definitely go back but would want a newer room. Like 108. 106 is older but it is hard to get ready in the washroom as there is no space on the sink. Also has poor air circulation especially in the bathroom.

Location and friendly people. Liked being able to sit outside on the chairs on the lawn.

This cute motel is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with amenities just a short walk away. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. If you don't mind staying a bit further away from the city centre this is a very good option.
