The beds were a little too firm for our liking. So, we didn't get the best sleep, but the beds were clean and well presented. The parking lots were a little tricky. I had to back out most of the way when we got stuck since someone parked in a non parking spot, but I was able to get out and find a spot no problem.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were beautiful as well. Sadly, I didn't get a good view from our room, but that's ok. It was easy to navigate throughout the hotel, and it was easy to find it as well. The restaurant was great. We had an amazing server who was able to help out with picking a drink and even help out with our meals as we are a tad picky with our food. The chef was great as we wanted to try the steak, but we were unsure of the sauce they used. He put it on the side for us to try, and it was so good. Next time, we will get it on for sure!

The air in the hotel was pretty stuffy( hall ways) we did have an air conditioning unit in the bedroom but it was really loud.

Nothing comes to mind other than a little bit of noise early in the morning (6am) from other guests in the hallway that woke us up briefly.

Very nice staff, very clean, nice to have a restaurant with a view. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. Upon leaving I found my vehicle battery was dead and the hotel provided me with prompt assistance to get it started from a very helpful man named Kevin which was really appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to know about restaurant closures before I book. The food and coffee are really not fabulous…it’s ok but for the price it could be much better. Coffee is a big thing, I shouldn’t have to go to the Starbucks in the hotel across the street for decent coffee in the morning. I have had the same horrible view every stay, my brothers experience the same thing? How does this happen? It would be nice to see the city or the ocean instead of a parking lot. (Room 709 🤮) I have been told just recently about a loyalty program but never offered by hotel staff. If there is no perk to booking directly and no loyalty when all 3 of us stay in separate rooms quarterly, then I will keep booking through 3rd party sites to get points I can use at any hotel around the world.

We stay here frequently to visit our Mother who is just up the street at Mt St Mary’s. The location is fabulous and the beds are really comfortable. The staff treats us very well and we see familiar faces every time we stay.

Had to ask twice to have milk/cream and stirrers in my room as hadn't been replaced when room was cleaned. I would have liked water in my room

The bed, as above. I also needed a down throw I’d taken with me for warmth. The bed cover alone would not have been enough.

I chose the hotel for the location and because I thought it would have a kitchen. It was a kitchenette, which was adequate but no tea pot and I had to ask for decaf coffee pods. My problem was the bed. Way too soft. It’s why I didn’t give higher marks.

The staff are amazing and the location cannot be beat. As we stayed in 3 suites starting on the 9th, 15th and Penthouse floor we found them to be a touch dated and worn. However, we have stayed 3 Christmases over the last 5 years and look forward to renovated suites in the future. We also all had brunch on the 25th and the 26th and found the food excellent. One suggestion while the Nespresso machines are a lovely touch a kettle for tea and hot water would be appreciated.

Not hotels fault but valet parking and parking it self is hard at times especially when events like the Santa parade is going on ! The staff handled it well

The room was on the same level as the pool, and ice machine. Those are popular with families with children and adults. Therefor, it was noisy. We could hear every voice in the hallway quite plainly. This went on until after 11 PM at night. Next time, I will try to request we not get that floor.

Room was clean and comfortable , with a pretty view over the hotel entrance. We were able to get access to our room early, which was wonderful. The hotel is a perfect location for walking the downtown, and has a wonderful restaurant and bar upstairs for an end of the day nightcap .

When I booked through Booking.com I expected to pay the amount they put on my paper but when signing out it came to over a hundred dollars more. They said that Booking.com had the wrong percent on it. They charged us more than we expected. Couldn’t believe all the extra charges above the room price. Would like it if they would put all the extras in the actual price. Pretty frustrating if you trying to budget for a trip. My husband didn’t like the coffee and would have preferred regular coffee maker not the pods.

It was a beautiful stay, rooms were clean and everything we needed there. Loved being on the 14th floor, beautiful sunsets.
