I didn't like the rooms, I thought they had a very strong smell and were old. I also found the breakfast to be very simple.

In my opinion, it is a hotel with a great location.

Knowledge of staff in processing check in. Plus, the debit machines are absolute as they don't accept tap and no debit cards!!!

Offcourse not having a fridge was an issue and not having a proper kettle to heat water. It would have been nice to have those appliances.

The location was just perfect. Parking was decent but it was like CAD 35 with tax. Thankfully we had read the reviews and knew what to expect from the room. Like we knew there was no fridge and that parking costs extra so we were mentally prepared for that. Otherwise the stay was not too bad we had a decent time. Check-in and check out was also smooth.

The tube didn't drain, the room smelled of feet, the shower had meldew, bed was super hard. And the lady who check us in was a bit rude

I don’t like extra pay for parking. Neighbour hood is not good. Entrance you have to need security because strangers and drugs users sitting on your entrance very uncomfortable I said to front desk person he said they outside. What? It’s not acceptable answer. It’s your front entrance your hotel stairs. It’s very uncomfortable.

No room Soundproof. The breakfast service is too slow and not friendly. No security guards were available.

The location is great and close to the metro and supermarkets. The breakfast is good but not perfect. The housekeepers and reception staff are friendly. To stay at this hotel is enough for two days maximum.

They asked me upon arrival for a deposit of 250 dolars which was unexpected and not mentioned on booking when i booked , so i had to pay the deposit of 250 dolars and left with me only 20 dolars for the whole day, at least mention that during booking to see if we can arrange it or no

There is a flight of stairs on for the 2nd floor ailse to get to the rooms, even after using the elevator. Not ideal for hotel guests with heavy luggage. Or hotel guests who are of old age or with disability.

Concierge and housekeeping are very accommodating. WiFi is fast and stable, good for video calls. Rooms rates are a good deal. The hotel location very near to the metro station.

Room a bit out dated.

Reception area is very modern, very nice, was expecting the rooms were a little bit updated which is not the case. Time to think of that. Parking was great.

I was a little shocked to find out I had to pay a security deposit of $250. I have travelled and stayed in a variety of different hotels and have never had to pay suck a large amount for security deposit. I would suggest the hotel look at lowering this cost.

The location was great. Centrally located to the gay village and within walking distance of Old Montreal and other attractions.

- a misunderstanding with the parking cost....not matching with booking .com - the windows mechanism needs repair - bathroom : no facecloths

I didn't like the room, they are so old, and it is a shame because the hotel on the outside is very nice and gives an air of luxury but the rooms do not match the exterior design of the hotel. The breakfast is not enough.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's close to everything.

We were going to have breakfast but it looked terrible and it was going to cost a lot of money...so we didnt have breakfast there on any of the 3 days we were there. The security latch on the door in our room was broken (but there was a dead bolt). There were no decent cups in the room, only paper and plastic cups (I hate drinking tea from paper cups). The toilet had to be flushed several times to enable it to work on several occasions (reported to the staff)

Location. There were 2 beds which was great, as they were on the small side and we could have 1 each.
