Our room had a very unpleasant Odour and after bringing it to front desk attention they did take the time To look at another room however it had the same issue with a lesser view. We opted to remain In our original booked room and had to go to the store and come up with our own solution to dissolve the smell. It worked somewhat but the odour lingered and although it was less we still had to spend our own money to mask it and come up with our own solutions. Had dinner and it was fantastic. Bartender/server was fantastic. Beds super comfortable. Bit put off that something wasn’t done For the smell as the front desk associate agreed it was bad. Will consider returning but be prepared with candles and deodorizers if we do.

No blackout shades in the bedroom - I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have blackout shades. This was a serious let down and greatly impeded our sleep. Our patio door was missing the shade as well and the door was broken so it didn't close and lock properly. The railing on the patio was not safe - it was extremely loose and wobbly and we couldn't let our daughter out there because of this (we were on the top floor). The ice maker in our fridge didn't work. The pull out on our trundle bed was broken. The TV was very old and it would have been nice to have access to movies, netflix, etc. The rooms and resort are comfortable but in need of serious updating. The restaurant, spa and cabana were closed for 3 of the 5 nights we were there which was very inconvenient for our stay.

The room was clean and well equipped, beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool is lovely and a great temperature.

The one thing I’ll say would be an improvement to an already great place, more selection at the restaurant ( really nit picking here) it’s really good still. Would just love to see more flavours on the menu.

We stayed for two nights as a little weekend get away. I booked mainly for the golf course but we got a lot more activities. We ended up using the basketball court, the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, the restaurant, we’re looking to rebook for a longer stay because we know we wouldn’t get bored there. Honestly exceeded our expectation, the pictures don’t do it justice.

the only issue we had was the drain for the shower wasn’t working and you were left with over ankle water while you showered. Stopped showering when we knew it wasn’t draining and was backing up as other things in the drain were coming back up. called front desk twice but no answer. went down to front desk and no answer. didn’t finish showering due to this issue. took 20 mins to drain and didn’t know who else to call as there was no information. also the blinds in the room were really dusty.

How isolated the location was from other places. easy access elevator, the main parts of the hotel internally and externally were super organized and clean. very welcoming. like the amount of amenities that were available plus great view. staff was very friendly.

This property is a hidden gem! Gorgeous facilities and super friendly staff! Greetings from the cleaning staff to the GM herself! Restaurant was amazing, pools were amazing and warm! The outdoor area is set up so nice and the hotel itself is great. Room came with a fridge and sink which was so helpful as we have a baby. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

The door to the adjacent room was left unlocked. I’m glad I noticed it when I first got inside the room.

Nice room, and building was easily accessible from main road. Staff quickly responded to the issue I mentioned below.
