We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI walked into the room, and was immediately punched in the face by the smell of cigarette smoke. This is 100% unacceptable. When I reported this to the Front Desk, I was told I could wait an hour for Housekeeping to clean the room - why should guests have to wait for cleaning that should have already been completed before allowing guests to enter the room? Extremely disappointing, especially given the price paid. No compensation or room change offered, just "wait an hour to be cleaned (again) or deal with it.
The hotel is in a great location, super walkable to plenty of great attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Canadawhen you booked hotel they charge extra fee for hotel fee , I stay at other hotel I dont pas extra fee hotel. other things you pay a lot for room you should have full breakfast meal here it just basic breakfast muffin apple, yogurt and jus or coffee . they have restaurant in 4 level they could used for breakfast meal. it not being used at all

CanadaThe toilet in room 1410 like too small/ short when I sat on it, my privates dangled in the water which really is not a healthy thing to have happen I have travelled a great deal in my life in various countries but have never ever come across anything like this.......there are signs telling you were the restaurant is, it should be made clear that this is only for gatherings, not for guests,+ there was a sign out front of your hotel advertising a menu, I thought this meant a restaurant inside your hotel, when I rechecked this I discovered it was a restaurant down the street.
Friendly staff member one morning no yogurt for breakfast, staff went "out back" looking for it, and came back with a packet of hot cereal which was fine

CanadaFoot odor smell in room, especially noticeable when you first walk into room. There was also a slight smell down the hallway. Seemed like it was coming from the carpets. We decided not to say anything and just bought some air fresheners which ultimately didn’t help, but you didn’t notice the smell after being in the room for a couple of minutes. We also found the water pressure in the shower was not very strong (although the pressure in the sink was strong).
Location was good. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Bathroom was clean.
