Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The buffet is not worth 24$, too expensive for what it is

Not enough counter space in bathroom, trouble with the air conditioning/heater, room always went back to being hot, I like my room to be at 58-60 and it would never stay cooler, the heat always came from the floor side of the bed and it was so warm, uncomfortable to sleep. I had to keep getting up to put the air-conditioning back on. The king bed was the best though, so, so comfortable.

Need much more plantation to the right side of the resort since it is right by the highway.
Room is spacious and well-equipped. very comfortable bed looking out to the golf course.

We didn't like that the pool was actually a hot tub and that the one that looked like a hot tub was empty and out of order and blocked off by the remaining lounge echairs after we had called to confirm that the pool and hot tub would be working and open. The front desk informed us upon our leave that they have no plans of fixing this cold dip pool (it's not a hot tub). The sauna was pitch dark as the lighting was not working on one side under the seat. It was nice inside the sauna though. The jets in the hot tub were okay. The hot pool felt grimey and there were alot of flies dead floating around. It was hard to enjoy it. A huge dissapointment.
We liked our room. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They provided a mini fridge and two wine glasses which was nice. The crabtree body lotion, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch too. We loved the delicious cookies too. The staff at the front were bilingual and friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The waitress went out of her way to accomodate our requests and they were busy and there was only two of them working. Excellent service and ambiance next to the view of the golf course.

I wish I added breakfast to my booking as opposed to paying extra daily which was more expensive overall.
The location is tucked away from the bustle of the city and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. The staff on site were very helpful and spoke French and English, so communication wasn’t an issue.

Just the spa not in working condition.
Room clean and had exceptional toiletries in bathroom. Bed was comfortable and bedding, pillows of good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointed that spa not working. Site very nice!

Highway next to Hotel can be heard when windows open. Staff were stressed Sunday breakfast, seemed too less people (other days fine). No real pool, only small hot water bath.
View to Golf course nice and green. Nice quiet suite, all easy going and really relaxing. Good breakfast. Wonderful comfy beds (even sofabed). House-keeping only on demand, sustainable approach. Nice little details like warm welcome cookie 😊

Admittedly we were only May, but the outdoor amenities needed a little work, as the sauna was not work nor was one of two hot tubs. Thankfully the largest hot tub was working fine, but given these facilities are specifically identified by the hotel, I thought I had to mention it.
The room was wonderful. It was very spacious, well thought out functionally, and very comfortable. The Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were appreciated, particularly by my wife and niece. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, greeting us very warmly upon our arrival. The restaurant was top notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. My wife has some dietary restrictions but had plenty of options to choose from at dinner.

The heating was not working properly, it was blowing cold air no matter what temperature you wanted. Also, the couch in the suite was broken, so we could not sit on it. The backing was missing, so if you leaned back, you could fall in the gap.
We enjoy the cleanliness in the rooms, there are no smells, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a great brunch on Easter Sunday with plenty of food choices. Very friendly and efficient personnel.
